The terms and conditions state that their is a named passholder for the NEPB, so I don’t think you can do that. One thing I read about when they first rolled out the program is about the guy who purchased the pass to feed the homeless:

I would totally do this, but it is said dine in only..i don’t eat a lot of pasta so this would be a great idea if this works. 🙂
