This isn’t a great scale. Mine fell apart in a week. The glue let go connecting the glass to the scale itself.

Bought it last month, work the same well with my old scale, which cost me more than 20bucks. They offer a 90-day return and 12-month warranty, maybe you should contact the seller service.
