Looking for a quick and yummy way to feed a crowd? 🍔

Try this simple method to serve up hamburger sliders at your next party! It’s such a tasty and budget friendly idea that’s super easy to throw together and bake in the oven. Feel free to season the ground beef to your liking as well as add desired cheese and toppings.

This recipe makes about about 12 two inch sized beef sliders, and King’s Hawaiian brand sized rolls fit perfectly. I doubled this recipe and made two pans to serve about twelve people. You can compile each slider and serve on a platter, or set up a buffet and let people add their own burger fixings.

  • 1/2 an onion, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 12 mini buns such as King's Hawaiian Rolls

Directions

  • Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.

  • Step 2:

Press evenly into one layer in a 9x11 baking dish and bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 9-10 minutes until browned and no longer pink in the middle.

  • Step 3:

Remove any grease from pan if there's any. Cut into 12 two inch squares. Place a piece of cheese on each slider and put back in the oven for a minute to melt.

  • Step 4:

Compile each slider or serve pan with rolls on the side for everyone to make their own,

Additional Notes

Recipe idea adapted from foodnetwork.com

I baked my sliders in two 9×11 sized casserole pans, and then transferred them both to one large baking sheet to cut and serve.

We stayed at Collin’s lake house this week for our Hip2Save team retreat, and this meal was so easy and GOOD! I made an assembly line with sliders, some simple roasted sweet potato fries, a salad, and everyone enjoyed it.

This would be such a great idea to make for a football party or gathering over the holidays!
