I swear by using Bag Balm. Best skin protector for those little bums in diapers. At Walmart you just ask the pharmacist for it – they hold it in their area. You use to be able to get it off the shelf in the animal care aisle (yes, that’s right – it is originally for chapped cow teets!) but now they hold it in the pharmacy.
