Okay people! This is what the fine print at the bottom of the e-mail says! Be warned!!!
“Free Austin earring with any purchase. While supplies last. One per customer. Promotion valid October 14th only. Earring up to $12 value. Must show email or social post to redeem. In store only.”

So, 1. It will be the earrings the woman is wearing in the pic. Look up “Austin” on their site to see what they look like and 2. There should be some social media posts to show the cashier, so no need for the e-mail.
