as far as kids what age are you talking about when my daughter was 13 yes she traded cases hated black etc.
now at 14 she doesn’t care as long as her phone is CHARGED!!
she has the morphie too ( which is real good and if i find a deal will order another ) but the case is much easier .. nothing to carry around
My kids refuse to use those case, they prefer battery bank. Here are the reason
1. Too heavy, this one is light because only 2000mh
2. Don’t like battery case, most are only black in color and cannot swap
3. It take longer time to charge the case and phone
4. Cost much more than battery bank and only can use on one phone
So think twice before buying it.
I have both and can understand that, but I have been to many concerts and a few vacations where charging with a bank just isn’t effective. Carrying a cord and a bank, hoping you don’t lose it, having a leash or a tail on your phone, eh. If I am at work and don’t have a port, I use a bank. But if I am out couponing, tailgating, having drinks with friends or at a concert, the case charger is preferable. It gets me back to 100% and I don’t even have to think about it. And in regards to just having bland/black color options, that is where my glitter pens from Michael’s come into play 🙂 my mophie in black matte is decked out!
