I do totally love it. The programs are so easy to follow and there are a ton of different workouts (for like $99 a year I think?!) I signed up for the year program. I don’t have time to drive to a gym everyday. Anyway – not a ‘coach’ or Beachbody rep, but I do love their programs.
Beachbody on Demand is totally worth the full price! You get access to ALL the Beachbody workouts including new ones that were just released. I tried the 30 day free trial before they switched it to it’s current format and was charged because I forgot to cancel. I called once I noticed and they refunded it right away. Beachbody’s programs work and On Demand is totally worth it! And no, I’m not a coach. 🙂
I have been paying for Beachbody On Demand for over a year now. I have to say it is fantastic. The programs are wonderful and I have the option of streaming to my TV or using the Beachbody app on my phone or directly on my laptop. You can also download several workouts to be used offline. It is the one selfish thing I give myself on a regular basis.

I am NOT a coach and refuse to go through one, but love love love the on demand workouts from beach body. The shakes and supplements are way too expensive IMO for what you get- you basically pay for your coach by buying shakes so they push like crazy. There are comparable shakes out there.
Although there are other shakes out there, there are none that compare to Beachbody’s in my opinion. It has helped changed my life and so many people that I know. I don’t push anything on anyone, but if you’ve tried numerous other things like I have and nothing has worked, it’s a no brainer to give this a go for 30 days and there is a full money back guarantee to boot! Please also keep in mind supplements bought at WalMart and elsewhere are not regulated and you could be doing more harm than good. Just a thought! What works for one may not work for another, but Beachbody and Shakeology has transformed myself inside and out and for that I am thankful!
