Hi, I ordered $5 soap, free gift, and free gift box. I put in both promo codes and at the end when my order went through it had the free shipping and free gift box but not not the free gift. I called them and they added the $20 free gift! The call took about 3 minutes total.
This happened to me but I didn’t realize the free shea butter gift was “magically” taken out 🙄 And noticed when it arrived and it is now “out of their hands” so no gift and $6.50 spent on 2 tiny (literally smaller than the palm of my hand) soaps. Can’t return bc there’s not one in my town so I’d have to pay to ship back. This angers me so much!!!! And no, they couldn’t explain why the code “disappeared when my order went through 🙄😡😤
Please note that if you refuse receiving the packages they will automatically be sent back to the company unless the carrier has the tendency to drop the packages at your door step.Another alternative is check if your credit card has purchase assurance for what is worth a lot of the credit cards now have that benefit.

Hi everyone, the almond soap is out of stock, but I found this larger soap for the same price! Roses et Reines Bath Soap 2.6 oz versus 1.8 for the almond soap! You can still get the same deal, but get a larger (and prettier) soap!!! 🙂

I called and canceled order because the free gift wasn’t applied. when i called they said this promo had ended on the 17th, even though it was added to my cart and then not on my confirmation
email. waited for about 10 min on hold

Amour gift is out of stock. CS won’t honour it as well. They said my order may still ship but they will try to cancel it. Check your email confirmation to make sure that the free gift is included in your order!

I ordered an $8 bar of soap & included the promotional code. When I hit the “purchase” button the free Shea Butter Armour gift set was listed in my order. When I got the confirmation email from the company, the gift set was missing. I sent an email inquiry. This morning I called the company and was told that the promotion had ended 10/17 and there were no more gift sets in stock. $8 is a h*ll if a lot for a bar of soap but I thought it would be a nice gift set. I’m very disappointed!
