   Does anyone know if this printer or of any printer that lets you get the ink cartridges refilled (like at Costco etc) rather buy new cartridges every time?

  I’ve been using this exact printer for the last 6 months. I LOVE it! You can sign up for instant ink so no more last minute trips to buy ink cartridges! I pay $9.99 a month and can print up to 300 pages. If I don’t use them all so many carry over to the next month for you to use. There are 3 levels of instant ink so if you don’t print 300 you can also choose 2.99 per month for up to 50 pages or 4.99 per month for up to 100 pages. The printer updates pretty much daily so they track your pages and when they can see you are going to need ink they will send you the new cartridges. They also send an envelope so you can recycle your empty cartridges. You can change your level if you find you have to many or not enough pages for what you print monthly. The best part is that you can print in all color and best quality print if you want and the cost doesn’t change!   I was curious about that program, thanks for your recommendation. Will use your referral link when I purchase a new printer and sign up for the ink program. Running out of ink and trying to find refills on the cheap is my nemesis.

   I have the Envy 7640. It’s a nice printer however the ink cartridges are small and pricey or at least I think so- around $22 for the black and $25 or more for the colored (PX on base prices). Normally I go to Cartridge World (franchise) when I’m visiting my home state of Maine. I pay around $11 for black and $14 for colored. When i reach 10 or more trade in(s) the 11th is free. I haven’t seen yet if Costco is an option but will look into it as I’m a member. Hope this helps.

   Waah!! I missed it and none within 250 miles of me! =( Our printer has been on the fritz for a while and needs to be replaced before I lose my temper with it. lol More deals on a printer would be welcomed – please and thank you! =) Hugs to all H2S crew from Seattle!
