It’s better than the Keurig because it’s cheaper in the long run! No more pods and no more messing with the mesh pod. I find that it makes stronger coffee and the added frother works great! I highly recommend mine to anyone who asks about it.
Way better! Plus it’s REAL coffee, great taste! I hate the pods since they are just instant coffee and taste like it. I bought the NINJA last time it was on sale and threw my keurig away!
Love mine! We had a Keurig years ago but it broke (and we found it to be a waste and super expensive for pods!), but I missed having the convenience of a single brewer. This has filled that void and then some! Highly recommend!

I love mine but it does have its issues. I had to work with customer service a few times to replace the frother twice because it smells like burnt plastic and it kept making my drinks smell like that too. It leaks quite a bit after the brew is done. The cleaning cycle turns on pretty often and doesnāt let you brew until you run it. It didnāt brew really hot coffee at first so I had to work with Twitter customer service and they gave me tips on how to fix that. So I can understand finding this on clearance. I hope the newer model has less issues. The machine has lots of perks and is used daily in my house so I wanted to make it work! Ala Tim Gunn.

Loved mine until I discovered a flaw in the water base impossible to clean. Collects mold eventually and replacement they want to charge for shipping (after long talks with customer service finally giving part for “free”). Will not pay if product was not fixed will have same problem again. If your tank is green no amount of cleaning will fix it.
