Do you have them wrap it with extra cling wrap? I haven’t ever tried freezing one, but our Papa Murphy’s said to let them know and they will double wrap them.

What’s the trick to freezing them and then baking them? I’ve always had it come out soggy if I froze it for later.
I’ve managed for Papa Murphys for a little over a year the trick is to pull it out 2 hours prior to cooking 1 hour for thawing and one hour to proof. If you are having trouble getting the crust to crisp try removing the pizza from the tray by sliding it straight onto the rack checking every 2 minutes after that.
However wait until the 10 minute mark before attempting to remove it from the tray

How long does it last in the freezer and do you just put the pizza in the freezer directly from the store or do you have to package it separately?
