I got a couple of those little backpacks last year when they were on sale and I have to say we really like them! They work great for vacation or even my kids’ gym bag, they are sized great for kids to carry, and make comfy pillows on the beach when filled with soft clothes or towels. Me,too. When I go to use it on another order, it says already redeemed. If they’re going to cancel the orders, they should at least reissue the certificates, now I lost $10.
I happened to me last time in Eddie Bauer. They cancelled the order and I lost my certificate. Yesterday, I used 10 off 10 JCP coupon online . They cancelled my first order but again it allowed me to order with the same code and serial number. Again they cancelled my order but this time no luck. It is showing “Oops. We couldn’t process this request. Please try after sometime.” .
My order was cancelled as well and I lost my $10 certificate. With all these cancelled orders, something smells fishy.
