I really love Pinecone! The surveys usually follow the same format and I’ve even gotten a huge box of new Tide pods to test before. I usually cash out at least $10 every month.
I signed up the 5th of October and made $24 so far along with testing a new product. By far my favorite survey company! I get 3 to 4 surveys weekly, they’re interesting. I’ve tried other survey companies and this one has remained consistent.

I’ve been doing these for years but since they changed the format my survey takes so long to load between questions it times out and I never make it to the get paid last question. I even switched internet companies thinking mine was just horrible. I emailed with no response. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d love to start taking them again!
I have found that too and it doesn’t matter if I do phone or computer, it just lags. I emailed them about how slow the new format is and did not receive a response either. I love pinecone, but the platform needs more development 🙁
Same, I loved the surveys in the beginning. Opted out of receiving so many, cause I don’t have the time to try to complete them now with all the issues.
Yes, since they changed the format a few months ago, the surveys take way too long to load and sometimes time out. It is too bad. However, I try to wait it out since they pay $3 per survey.
I’ve had that problem whenever I try to use the Chrome browser, but they seem to work better in Safari for me. So, you could maybe try a few different browsers and see if one works better for you, too.
I have! I find they run a lot better on my computer than they do on my phone. I agree, the new format is frustrating. I do not do as many as I used to. It is great for Xmas money though, I am cashing out for the year with $90!
How long do surveys take ?
I signed up for it and said that there are no available openings for members with a household make-up that aligns with mine at this time. what does that even mean?
It means you don’t meet the audience criteria they want. Maybe they want a household with teenagers and you have little kids, or they want a family with kids and you don’t have any, or you’re above or below the income bracket they’re looking at etc. It’s targeted research so they have specific needs.
I got the same thing but never even got asked questions that would have made me disqualified…so weird
It can depend on where you live, too. They may already have enough people from your area, etc
I’d say about 10 minutes or so. You get paid $3.00 per survery

I’ve missed out on so many surveys lately, for 2 reasons: 1)they no longer only send you ones you’re prequalified for, so you still have to answer questions and my not get paid. 2) the new system doesn’t want to load on my android phone, I even got a new phone a few weeks ago, but for some reason they only load from my iPad.
It’s frustrating, I used to love pinecone! I could definitely use the extra $30 I was averaging a month back again!!
I signed over a year ago. All of a sudden I stopped getting anything from them. I tried to login to cash out, it not longer recognized me. I contacted them and they couldn’t explain nor could they find me. So I waste all that time for nothing.
When they upgraded the system quite a lot changed, but if you contact them, they are excellent at helping and fixing issues.
I have been doing them for a couple years. I like this company. I don’t qualify very often but you get 300 points for every completed survey. I always cash out my points for an Amazon gift card.
I recently cashed out my points. I was able to gift and buy me a few treats. Love it!!
