When I saw the red cake I was hoping it was red velvet. I don’t think I’ll try peppermint.

My colleague sent me a picture of the box the other day when they found it…said it was delicious!! I told him I would need to freeze it to eat it…like a York!

They are ABSOLUTELY amazing when you freeze them and add them to peppermint stick ice cream! I had a stash of them in my freezer but now they are all gone and I have been trying to find them but it seems that hostess isn’t making them anymore! I wish that I could get them again so I can stock up my freezer again! I miss my “P.M.S. dessert!!!”

I don’t even like regular Twinkies. They’re like eating a sponge sprinkled with sugar and stuffed with tasteless air LOL. So these for sure won’t make my grocery list LOL.
I hate peppermint flavor, so I won’t be trying these.

On a different note, my Kroger store reduced their pumpkin spice Twinkies and apple cupcakes to $1 a box. Anyone try those?
I have tried the new peppermint Twinkies. They have a slight smell of mint and that is the only mint that you will get. The cakes are tasteless and very disappointing. They are just red Twinkies. I hope this helps.
