I know exactly how you feel. My son who is gonna be 15 in December use to be into Legos and knex. I remember one Christmas morning he woke me up at 3:30 am and we were building by 4am.
Warning – Lincoln Logs can be frustrating for little ones. They knock over very easily…. you can be so close to finishing building and one wrong move knocks them over.

Lincoln logs are also frustrating in that 75% of the pieces are the tiny connector ones!

Does anyone know a good deal on magnatiles brand?? Planning on buying them for Christmas but it’s my first time buying and want to get the best deal possible!!
Hi Andrea! Consider buying Playmags instead of Magnatiles. Playmags are comparatively less expensive, and they work just as well! Amazon currently has a 118 pc set for $53.
The Discovery brand of magnatiles sold at rite aid and JC Penney goes super cheap around Black Friday. My kids love them! I got an amazing deal on several sets a few years ago.
We have magna tiles and love them. I scored a small set on clearance at Target a few years ago then realized we needed more to build with. I am a Barnes & Noble member so I used a 30% off coupon they had emailed me plus I got an extra 10% off with my membership. I am pretty sure I ended up buying two sets because they were buy 1 get 1 50% off. That was the best deal I could find.
I second the Playmags recommendation- they are one of my kids favorite toys & so much more affordable!
Andrea—have you used your 25% off coupon at Target? (text TOY to 827438 before 11/11) That’s a great way to save a big chunk of the expense. Target has ran 30% off toys in the past the week of Thanksgiving (like Sunday-Wednesday) and that’s when I always stocked up on Magnatiles. They are a lot of money but so worth it. My kids have 4 sets and play with them daily.
Tinker Toys were so awesome when they were wooden. Now they are plastic and I hate them.

Was anybody able to get the linkin logs? It’s silly but my husband has been dying for these! Lol. I got sooooo excited but the link isn’t giving me any buying options and shows them starting at $125. Did I just miss the boat? 🙁
