Does anyone use one of these? Do they really make the water taste better? Sure would like to stop buying bottled water.

YES! I prefer Pur over Brita. My husband and I work out alot and therefore drink well over a gallon of water each per day. Plus the kiddos and their cups..You can imagine the amount we consume daily. The pur leaves the water awesome tasting and fills up a gallon in just a minute or so of filtered water. It’s great and we save so much not doing water delivery, bottled water or the big in home water filter stands. You won’t turn back after trying it in my opinion

Thanks for the input, Sarah. I was wondering the same thing. I wonder though if it will work on a bathroom sink faucet. That’s where I need to eliminate plastic tasting water that I think is the result of the pipes used to build our new house. Whatever the cause, the water is putrid.

Good to know! Thanks for the feedback!

Does this make the water flow really slow?

    • sarah

It doesn’t. There is a small lever on the side to turn on the filter function. So if you need to wash dishes or hands etc. You can use the regular water and the pressure is normal. The filtered water goes a bit slower as it cleans but even then I’m not waiting long at all to fill a pitcher. Hope that helps
