A warning about AHAVA — I once placed an order and was shown one total for the final charge of the order, but once the order shipped, I was charged a much higher amount. When I contacted their customer service, they claimed I had used two promotions that shouldn’t have worked together. So, rather than contact me about the issue, they still shipped the order and decided to charge me an amount I did not agree to (I’m fairly certain this is illegal; at the least, it’s extremely shady). I had to go through my credit card company to resolve the issue as AHAVA refused to refund me and/or pay for return shipping of the items.

I’d rather buy their products in Beauty Brands although the selection is not as big. I️ too have had problems ordering from them; one order I️ never even received and had to follow up with the company.
Does anyone know if these soaps are as perfume-y as their hand creams?
