Something to keep in mind when buying a diffuser, even when you can turn off the LED light, some still have a power light that can be really bright. Not saying that this brand does that, but it was something that I wish I would have considered when purchasing a diffuser. Happy shopping!
I have owned the unit for several months and so satisfied with it. You can press the left button to turn off all the lights. That’s really a nice design.

I used this diffuser only once and make loud noise, then it just wouldn’t turn on. I have to throw it away. Don’t waste your money!
Sounds like yours was likely defective. Amazon takes returns pretty easily, especially for products sold from them, not a third party. You should consider returning and getting your money back.
