I’m excited about this however, is anyone else sick of Sirius marketing calls? They were calling me every day and using sneaky tactics like matching their phone number to the area code of my cell phone. I️ never even paid for Sirius so they just have gotten my information when I️ bought my car.

    • Lois

Sarah – they did get your information when you bought your car. They don’t call me but they sure do send me emails and snail mail all the time.

    • Daniela

I have never gotten a phone call but I get mail every week.

    • Lisa

Oh Sarah….we feel your pain! My daughter and I both get phone calls every week (for about a year) and stuff in the mail all the time. It’s so annoying. I wouldn’t activate their service simply for this reason. LOL

    • kmh2301

Yes!! So frustrating! They call sooo much and can never even pronounce my name. They were originally calling from 877 numbers and I was ignoring those, now they’ve started calling from numbers with my area code. Drives me nuts.

    • Lisa

Next time they call, ask to be removed from their calling list. It’ll take a couple weeks for the calls to stop after that, but I haven’t received a call from them in 3 months. I do still get tons of emails and snail mail from them.

    • Terry

They were calling me daily until I told them to stop. Now I get daily emails….but no phone calls. I told them that if they continue to call everyday that I would never sign up with them. At least it stopped!

I always get emails and mail that it’s back on, but it’s never on… 😔

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Darn! Hoping it is on for you now!

  9. Winnell

I always get emails and mail that it’s back on, but it’s never on. Not sure if I have an older version, how can I determine if it’s an old version??

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, maybe try giving them a call – 855-865-1153

To those with Sirius – Lately, a lot of the stations I have programmed go in and out or say no signal. Is this happening to anyone else with their Sirius?

  11. Micah

Do you have to sign back up for the free two weeks or does it just come on in the car? I turn mine car on and it says unsubscribed channel.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, I believe you should be able to turn it on to listen. You could always give customer service a call – 855-865-1153 Hope that helps!

  12. Lindsay

I’ve been listening all morning while I was running errands. I just pushed the xm button in my car and it worked. Thanks for the heads up!
