Couple years ago my husbands credit card info was stolen and Ulta was one of the stores the thief shopped at. $300! I myself had never shopped there before and even more so after the store (with given info from our credit card company) wouldn’t helping in the theft investigation. However, these things would be a great gift for my young daughter. She’s very girly, unlike myself. I might have to cave in and check out what this store is all about…

The last time I looked at these items in the store they were almost all made in china.
That’s disappointing. I avoid personal care items made in China.
I bought nail paint, clippers and hand cream but I have only used hand cream and it is good!
From my past experience these items are super cute and my 12 year old would love them but unfortunately all the body care items have dyes and other ingredients in them that our family doesn’t use… sad because they are a great price and as I said super cute!

Did anyone else have problems with their TooFaced order last week from their website ? Got a confirmation email that they received my order and then nothing . Have not received any updates or a package and have tried twice no luck to contact customer service via email.
Yes! Did you happen yo order the wrapping paper? I placed 2 orders last week and one came, but my 2nd order just keeps saying it’s processing. I’ve emailed them twice and nothing. Kind of a bummer. I have purchased a lot of their products for Christmas presents and was looking forward to wrapping them in their gift wrap.
Yes !! I did two orders of the wrapping paper as well . If they cancelled the orders at least send out a blanket email letting people know.
please don’t buy items with glitter in them. glitter is extremely bad for the environment. it is a microplastic.

I buy these every year and put them wrapped in my sister’s stocking. I love the ducks, always get one just for my collection. She seems to like the lipbalm, makeup wipes and hand cream the best. Not bad for the price, nothing spectacular but she and I both like them.
I was able to use the $3.50 off in the store here in IA when I spent $15.
Hey everyone, just a heads up…
While I *love* Ulta (and shop the store often), I would definitely suggest NOT ordering online. Last year I ordered a bunch of stuff around Black Friday. 2 weeks went by and still no word. Took me DAYS just to get hold of customer service. They eventually told me that my order was “lost”. As in, the warehouse never got it, never boxed it up, never sent it. Because these were BF deals, most of my items were no longer in stock. The ones that WERE in stock were nearly double the price I had originally paid. After fighting with them, they gave me a $5 gift card, which didn’t even cover the difference in price of the few items that remained in stock. I was beyond frustrated, especially since it was nearing Christmas at that time. And this wasn’t the first time Ulta.com messed up my order. So just be careful ordering from them.
