I couldn’t get the code 10PANTIES to work. Maybe it’s because I was trying to buy from my iPhone. I called and customer service helped me out. I had logged into my account so he was able to see my order and fixed the coupon code quickly.

Anyone else getting a single confirmation email with two different order totals? One is my correct total with coupons codes applied, the second total excludes the coupon codes and says my card was charged the full total.

Just got off with CS after a long wait and the rep confirmed they are aware of the problem with the 10Panties code and are having to edit orders to reflect the price with that code. She confirmed that I would be charged the lower price.
