So, I ordered this bag for my mother-in-law. During the checkout process I didn’t see a place to enter the discount code but just figured it was on the next screen. It wasn’t. I never got to enter my code and was cahrged the full price. I figured I could just call the company and ask them to apply the code or to cancel my order so I could re-order with the code. Nope. They refused to apply the discount or cancel my order. They said I can try returning the bag once it is received.
Terrible customer service, in my opinion.
