The steak knives DO NOT have a sharpener for them. That is the most important part of the set imo.

I agree with you. I just got the 15 piece set last week and all the knives except for the steak knives have built in sharpener. I am assuming it is because they are serated blades,not straight like the other knives. Still a really nice set,I only paid $80 for mine and have never owned a really nice set so I am happy.

Anyone know if there is a difference in quality between the 15 and 20 piece? I would assume the better deal is to get more knives for the same price but why is the 15 piece the same cost?
