  Is it $19 + free shipping? Or do you have to reach $35 for free shipping?
  I don’t have a Walmart near me so if there are shipping costs then amazon is better for me 🙂

  No. You can use your phone. I know it works for iPhone not sure about android. You’d just have to download their free app.
