We’ve owned one of these for about 3 years and I love it! One tank holds clean water and cleaner while the other picks up the dirty water. No dirty mop water your smearing around on the floor. Quick and easy to use for quick and easy cleaning or for an unexpected mess.

I have this and I really love it. My tiles have never been as clean and constantly maintianed over a long time.
I used to wait till the whole family went to bed to mop, but with the drying feature I can mop and just move the kids to another room briefly.
Can u use this everyday? Good for tiles?
I use mine every second day. both on tiles and hardwood and happy with the results.

I have the older model for 7 years now and love it. It is noisy though. I would send the kids upstairs when I use it but it gets the floor really clean. You can feel the difference.

How is it on laminate floors? I’ve trued everything under the sun and the only thing that works (still not great is water/vinegar and i hate the mop. So gross
We have laminate floors and use a Shark steam mop. Works great at releasing stuck on spots, etc… Does require washing cotton pads, nothing much to it though besides tossing into the washing machine after you’re finished.
I have a much older model. Still going strong and must be at least 10 years old. It’s very loud…my husband calls it the jet engine. It’s the best thing I have found to really scrub floors without getting on my hands and knees. You will be surprised on how much it picks up.

I have had this for over five years now. We bought it when we moved into our house. Just after we did some construction renovations. Had sheet rock dust that would not come up off the hardwood floors or out of the grout on tile floors. Used this and was amazed at how clean the floors came out to be. Use this evetytime now instead of mopping. You’ll be amazed at how dirty your floors were! Best invention ever!!!

I guess I’m the only one who did not like this!! I switched back to my mop bucket. It just doesn’t clean well. The bristles don’t even touch the grout and my house is only 3 years old so it’s not worn down. I was disappointed. I read a bunch of great reviews too, but I wouldn’t recommend it imo.
FYI I just ordered through Newegg with no tax charged. Hoover was going to charge tax. I saved $7.16!
