We have used Frontier and it was great! Looking forward to our flight out to warmer weather in February!

Has anyone ever flown Frontier? I have no idea what I’m doing here! Seems too good to be true so I’m very skeptical.

We have flown Frontier many times. No issues. It is a base fare though so don’t expect any extras. Basically only pays for the seat and 1 personal item that can fit under the seat. Anything else is extra. In saying that we usually go with them or Spirit. Just take our personal item and 1 carry on which is usually $25 extra.

I’m ok with frontier just know you are only paying for a random seat ( assigned seats at booking costs $8-$20?) Free personal item which is a preschool sized backpack if you follow the websites dimensions. Most ppl just use a regular sized back pack but it has to fit under the seat. Bring an empty water bottle and fill up on the other side of security. You will pay for snacks or drinks on the flight – cards only no cash. A checked bag is cheapest when booking the flight then price increases at online check in, then airport check in and most expensive is at the gate check in ( think $70). I’ve only heard the airline once announce that they were checking bag sizes at the gate in Denver. Seats are small ( I’m Barely 5’4 and my knees almost touch the tray table. Seat is set at a permanent semi recline. Tiny tray table ( like iPad size). That said I’ve always made it to my destination on the cheap 😎 Denver is their hub

Ive flown one time with frontier. From my personal experience i say GOFORIT !! No issues, same flight as any other airlines ive ever taken. There is the add on stuff u pay for, but if u do it right its still a crazy good bargain. Dont forget u can fed ex ur “luggage” too. I visited my mom, so it was cheaper to fed ex boxes to her house and i had the confidence that i knew where they were. Lol. I know ppl that have done that to hotels too tho. Book and have fun !! Merry Christmas !!

We flew Frontier and had a great experience. We did a lot of add-ons (e.g., checked bag, chosen seats), and the price was still super competitive.

Hey everyone, I’ve flown Frontier Airlines 4 times in the past 4 months. Not only you can’t beat the prices but you can’t beat the friendly people throughout Frontier Airlines .Who are committed to get you to your destination fast but safely first. I will definitely keep flying with this great growing company.

I fly Frontier all the time. I have no complaints, and the service is great. Paying for seating is optional, and I have never paid. I usually end up right next to the person I’m traveling with, or a row away. I have even swapped seats with a stranger before, to be near my travel buddy. You can take a personal item, that fits underneath the seat in front of you. I usually take a backpack, and army roll my belongings. All my flights round trip have been under $100, and I fly with them frequently.

If you fly Frontier, I would have a backup plan. Relatives were set to visit us last Christmas for a week during the school break, and had purchased tickets on Frontier MONTHS before. Well, Frontier CANCELLED their Monday flight a couple of hours before it was set to leave. The next available flight was THURSDAY. Ended up paying over $1000 for one way tickets later that day to make it here with 3 people for the holidays. Very poor experience. Ended up being incredible expensive.

Oh bummer! So sorry to hear about that 🙁 Thanks for the honest feedback!
