Choose from over 100 different candles including tons of fun Christmas and holiday themes! 🎄

NOTE, if you’re planning to brave the store, it appears most locations are super crowded and lines may be long. With that said, online shopping may be a more appealing option even though you do have to pay shipping. Keep in mind that popular candle scents are selling out fast online.

Online Deal Idea:

(This is ONLY one online deal idea if you REALLY want to get the most out of the $5.99 shipping and score the limit of 15 candles! You can definitely opt to buy way less than 15 if you don’t want that many.)

3-Wick Candles $22.50+ each
Buy 15 = $337.50
Use promo code SHINEON
Total = $134.25

Shipping is $5.99
Final cost ONLY $140.24 shipped – just $9.35 each!

*Shipping is $5.99 flat rate for orders over $10 or $9.99 for orders under $10.

In-store Deal Idea:

3-Wick Candles $8.95 each (regularly $22.50+)
Buy 4 = $35.80
Use a possible $10 off $30 purchase in-store coupon (if you have one)
Final cost ONLY $25.80 – just $6.45 each!
HIP TIP: Did you know that most stores offers up FREE Cello, Ribbon and a Gift Tag with ANY purchase? Just ask your store associate for more details.

Rumor has it that the ‘Tis The Season candle is the most popular candle scent this year! Do you agree or disagree?

I went around 3 and spent maybe 15min in line. Bought 4 candles, a signature lotion and a aromatherapy lotion for 25.80$ plus tax 🙂

Aldi sells candles that look n smell very similar. I got Cranberry scent to compare to the BBW cranberry. Can’t wait for results. Hopefully I’ll like Aldi’s cause they’re only $4. I also like Kohl’s Sonoma 3-wick candles. They r $20 so I wait for coupons too. My last one was about $3-4 with coupons.

    • amanda

I love Kohls Sonoma candles. My opinion, they’re very similar to BBW. A lot cheaper when they’re on sale and use coupons. I bought 6 for $24 about a month ago. They smell fantastic!

Thanks to tip from hip2save subscriber earlier I called and found out my store opened early. I went and people were shopping but NO line. They had a ton of candles and all the scents I wanted. I got 5 candles and comfort aromatherapy lotion for $32! I had a $15 off $40 coupon and free full size item coupon I could combine. Shopping high!

  4. Jane

Wow. I didn’t even try to use free aromatherapy coupon because of the date. And yet everyone above said they used it. Dangit.

    • Christy

I had two sets of coupons – one expired and one wasn’t. I used the side by side one I had ($15 off $40 and free item) which didn’t expire until later in December..

That said, I had one where the free item already expired so I didn’t try to use. They send it quite a few different coupons it seems.

What’s best scent that appeals to most people? Thinking for teacher gifts. I got Comfort aromatherapy and Bourgot waters?

    • Julie Weber

I’m a teacher and I bought these same kinds for myself. They are perfect!

      • Jane

        Awesome thanks!

I went to my local BBW store & got 5 candles & an 8oz body cream lotion for a little over $32!! Used 2 coupons( $15 off $45 & a free product under retail value of $13.50). Took about 45 mins in line but well worth it since I ❤️ these candles!!!!

  7. jessica

I had 2 coupons for $15 off $40 purchase and 2 free item coupons, so I got 10 candles, an aromatherapy shower gel, and a body scrub for $64! Good haul!! The store was a madhouse, but everyone was having a good time and all were friendly! 🙂

  8. Cammie

Sold out online. How can that happen??

  9. Kate

This is the first year I’ve gone to the store for this candle sale, since I had a coupon I wanted to use with the sale. I thought it wouldn’t be too bad if I got there really, but 5 minutes before the store opened there was already a long line. I spent about 1/2 hour in line, but it was worth it for a good deal and I love these candles. By the time I left the line was at least twice as long and many had over a dozen candles so I’m betting they don’t have much stock left this afternoon. One guy was buying at least 60 candles. I can’t even imagine how many candles the company sold today.

  10. karie

Nooooo! Sold out online now, that will teach me to wait. Guess I’m headed to the mall to stand in a super long line. I can’t find my $10 off $30 coupon… so sad. 🙁

    • riss

Me, too! I remember putting it in the kitchen drawer, and couldn’t find it 🙁 I know it’ll turn up after the expiration date! I tried online to use the coupon from retail me not….sold out! I was planning on returning the ones that I bought this afternoon coz I didn’t have that coupon, but I guess I have no choice now.

      • Morna

I was able to use the code in store. I asked and she said she’d try, thankfully it worked!

        • Maddie

My Store in NorCal did not allow the 10 off 30 coupon from email and said it expired already 🙁 Although I did not score one like most folks, $8.95 is still a great deal for these candles. Thank you H2S

  11. Hill

I stood in the longest line possible today lol. Got the mint coconut drop, fireside marshmallow, nook and star anise. Used $10 off coupon

  12. Lisa

So …like everyone I thought the lines were gonna be outrageous and yes they were ! But the line to the door took 15 min max they bbw were prepared 👍 they kept restocking as customers were asking for certain scents . And I didn’t see any postings but once I got to the register the cashier stated any candle holder 24.50 or below was on sale for 8.95 today. The reason she mentioned was. Because I took a stand up one. With no price tag up. I had the 15 off 40 and the free item coupon so got an amazing deal 5.95 for 5 and free 15.50 jeweled candle holder 😁thank you so much Hip2save . For keeping us up to date on these amazing deals… 🎄Merry X-Mas

So grateful for the wonderful women checking out next to me who shared her 20% off coupon with me. I was digging through my emails feverishly trying to find one! So glad my kids were with me to witness the kindness💗

  14. mc

I got there little before 11:00, got out around 11:30 and got 5 candles, 1 candle holder and dinosaur pocket bac holder for $35.25 +Tax. I used $15 off $40 + Free item coupon and am glad I went to store.
Also, it’s nice to NOT see any complaint about sale price of these candles here. I can’t believe people complaint about this sale on their Facebook page!
    Love Hip2Save, such a peaceful place 😉

  15. Sunny

They are out of stock on all candles online. The only way to get is in store now.

  16. Justine

I love their candles; they burn so well! However, I was at Walmart today and noticed large 3-wick candles for $5 in similar scents to BBW. I am wondering if anyone here has tried them? Sometimes cheaper candles don’t burn very well (they burn straight down the middle) while BBW candles burn evenly.

    • Ashley

I’ve tried them! They’re generally oretty nice but they pretty much perform as they smell. If they don’t smell very strong they won’t be, if they do they will throw scent well! The black cherry I didn’t but like, but the vanilla and seasonal ones are fantastic!

      • Ashley

They burn pretty evenly too! As long as you burn them long enough (a few hours at first) then they’re pretty straight on!

  17. Ashley

Went in store, the line wasn’t bad at all! I didn’t even wait 5 minutes, but I went at about 6 pm. I got 5 candles and a beautiful holder for $30 and change! I used my freebie on the candle holder. Great deal!

  18. redsoxgirl

I went to a BBW at an outlet mall today with a line to the door. Waited until 8:15pm to go to the small one in my town. A lot of variety of candles left…got 3 and 2 sanitizer, used 10 off of 30 and used my free item coupon. Candles were $6 each.

  19. Cj Lapp

I just spent $4.19 on four full sized items! Bought a coconut mint lotion, aromatherapy shower wash, bath fizz, and a three wick candle. Used 3 coupons-$10 off $30, bogo aromatherapy item, and free fizz when you buy a full size bath/body item. Happened to hear the coconut mint lotions were $5. Gave the $10 off coupon first. No bells rang on the register! Easy peasy! Just over $1/item!

  20. Jessica

I went over to the mall at 8pm. I got 10 candles and 2 “free” hand soaps for approx. $64. I did 2 transactions (I bought some and my mom bought some, so I was able to use 2 sets of $15 off $40 coupons). I was in line for about 5 minutes and there was a TON of candles in stock. I didn’t see any blank spaces as if anything was sold out.

  21. ET

I ordered online last night because I didn’t think I was going to get to the store today. Since I was paying shipping, I ordered the max 15 with the plan to return some. Turns out I had a little bit of time to stop at the store today around 5pm, and it was actually not crowded. They store was definitely busier than normal, but you could still get around. There were 3 SA at the checkout counter and there was only 1 person in front of me in line. I did 2 transactions with my 10 off 30 and 15 off 40 coupon. There was a decent selection in store, but less than online when the sale started. I’ll probably return much of what I ordered online but will still come out ahead as I saved $25 in store and will only lose out on the $5.99 shipping.

  22. Betty

    No longer available online. Boo!

      Darn!
