They cancelled my order as well without telling me. I had to emailed them. Will be first and last time purchase anything from Philosophy.
My order got canceled too but I received an email. Apparently, the purchase of a gift bag was not considered an item that qualified for the promotion even though the order went through so when their financial department does a review, they can cancel the order for non-compliance with the promotion, which apparently was not published on their website (the full details).
It’s really frustrating that the order went through (when items that didn’t qualify did not work with the promo code immediately) and then have their Finance department cancel it because it was a “noncompliance with offer terms.” That was stated in their email and the representative also reiterated that and made me feel so uncomfortable because I purchased a $1 item (she said that so many times during our call). 🙁
Mine was cancelled also – I received an email. It’d be nice if they specified what items are NOT included as part of promotion or minimum you have too spend or SOMETHING. It’s just asinine what they did.
I guess everyone’s order was cancelled. I’m surprised they didn’t offer something else. Oh well, I’ll just find something else to give to my mail carrier.
