I just went to my local Payless and all the red tag kids shoes/boots were $5. All the red tag adult shoes for $10. Plus they had an additional sale that was 20% off of $20, 30% off of $30, or 40% off of $40. I also got my 10% military discount. I walked out with 10 pairs of kids shoes/boots and only spent $28!
