Yes…….the rebate form says you can send in a COPY of the UPC code, instead of the actual code cut from the box. So you could take a picture of it, print it on paper, and it’s good.
This may be a counter only model…but does anyone know if it can mount under cabinets? The photo only shows the front.
The toaster model number has a “d” at the end, meanwhile the rebate form has “TO1322SB” without “d”. Will it valid for rebate?

The link is already the rebate for January. I tried the December one, but it is not under Black and Decker. Is iit under something else, or am I missing something? Here’s the link for Dec. :

Oh, true! I don’t see it either. I would suggest contacting their customer service department regarding this.
I submitted for the rebate about a week before Christmas and never received a confirmation email, nor is it listed when I go on the website. Unfortunately, I found a copy of the receipt and the upc, but I didn’t make a copy of the rebate forms I submitted.
