That’s correct, the 20% off does not apply to the Nivea for those scenarios.
RR did not print for me. I bought two of the Eucerine products. One for $10.99 and the other was $10.49. I used 2 $2 off coupons and the 20%. The manager told me that it didn’t print because of the coupons and the 20% off is this correct? She said because it brought me below the $20. Also, there wasn’t a yellow RR tag in front of these items but they are the two from the post that were listed for the deal. Any help or ideas?
I tried same deal and It did not print $10 reward and also didn’t get 20% off .

There was a glitch in the system. The $20 threshold is after the 20% off but before the manufacturer’s coupons. I did the deal several different ways in separate transactions. It printed with just the Nivea but not when I included the Eurcerin or Aquaphor. The manager give me 10,000 points because the RR didn’t print. The items I purchased where tagged and they were in the ad. Sometimes things just don’t go right.
