In West St Paul Mn shelfs are empty

  2. Kristy

It was 90% off here in Ca yesterday

  3. HipMomof3

There were some women at mine that were loading up, I like to get a few things but it kind of made me wonder if they were going to sale them. Last Easter I noticed someone doing this as well with some bunny figurines. A guy totally cleared the shelf of the same item as well as some other items and there were quite a few. A lady at the Target today was pulling some of the containers that had the clearance stuff in it that I was in front of over into an empty spot so she could look throughit, it was kind of crazy.

    • K

I am guilty of clearing out shelves, I donate just about everything I buy – these sales especially help me plan the childrenā€™s events I do for a non profit organization. I do not sell anything but can tell you I look crazy!

      • E

I look crazy every 90% off clearance sale!! I stock up on stuff for operation Christmas child shoeboxes all year. Last year I helped my mom fill 90 boxes… today I had my baby on me in the carrier, my three year old pulling all the candy off the shelf to play with (as I told her, no we are not getting X candy), and my five year old actually helping. And my cart really full of stuff… I often clear out all the pencils/notepads/stickers/clothes on 90% clearance. I donā€™t re-sell anything either! Hahaha, wish I made money off it, I just spend money on it, but itā€™s for a good purpose.

šŸ’—šŸ‘šŸ»Simply the best feeling to be able to give back!!!!šŸ’—

        • Sadie

I like to shop all year for Operation Christmas Child as well. šŸ™‚

        • Jessica Davis

I try to shop year round for the shoeboxes as well!

      • chrissie

Where can I find the clearance aisle for the Valentine’s items at Target in CA? I walked around the store 3x and saw nothing. They did already have their Easter items on display.

    • HipMomof3

All these comments make me feel better about what happened I’ll just keep that in mind next time.

  4. e

Brickseek is showing it full price šŸ˜’

  5. Eisha

I just went this morning (upstate, NY) and we still had quite a lot. More of the valentine’s boxes (like for kids classrooms) but I bought about 7 of those Hearth and Home nesting houses (2 for me, the rest for my sisters/mom/friend/etc)!!!! Scored the last of the H&H throw for $2.99!! Got a bunch of socks and kids hats because I always get the cheap .10 and .30 items and keep them to give to homeless shelters the next year! From my clearance shopping last year, I was able to donate over 50 hats and like 100 pairs of socks to my local women’s shelter!! I love scoring deals almost as much as I love giving back!! Target makes it SO easy!!

I also got that felt wreath the other day at 70% off and it goes perfectly above my bed! Matches my room scheme!

    • Carmen

That is so awesome, Eisha! I’m ashamed to admit that I didn’t even think of the homeless when I saw all of those hats. I bought 2–one for my daughter and one for my niece who loves Peppa Pig. I wished I would have thought about donating because there were probably over a hundred of them! I did score lots of awesome trinkets to donate my kids’ school.

    • Jennine

Yay, Iā€™m also in upstate New York! Scored some of the same goodies this morning šŸ˜Š
I buy the kids valentines and take them out as fun cheap birthday party items. They had puzzle Valentineā€™s, tattoos, stickers, glow sticks, magnets etc. all good to put in Easter eggs as well. Last year donated them to the YMCA for there egg hunts. Smaller organizations are always in need of donated filler egg items šŸ™‚

    • Debby

Donā€™t forget to look under the H&H stuff the vintage gold mirrors that hang on chains those all weā€™re 90% off too!! I picked up a bunch of the little black bud vases that were houses and they were $.99 and $.69!!

I saw the throws for $2.99 but since I had bought six of the black mongolian project 62 blankets at 90% off after Christmas ($3.49 each… lots of birthday gifts!)I thought I would give my husband a break and not bring another blanket into the housešŸ˜‚

Also there were the large gigantic white platters those came up $1.69 as well as the whole set of dishes that are in a olive color with the green glasses everything was 90% off! We redid my daughters whole entire dish set for $40 we ended up saving over $120…woohoo! šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰

  6. acgold

The Targets near me in NY never have any of the stuff left, or just damages.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Bummer! Hoping your store has some available if you decide to head in and check!

  7. Shannon

Ah looks awesome! I wish I could go but we’re caught in an ice storm!!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh darn! Stay warm and safe Shannon!

  8. Luna

The throw is full price …looks cute though

  9. Diana

Omg i want that throw! Aghhhhh my car is in the shop and i am itching to get to target! šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

  10. Linnet

I read all this post about 90% or 70% in clearance (doesn’t matter the season) and I wonder in what cities of USA this happen , I live in Miami and my Target store never have this kind off discounts , 99.9 % of the time it is only 30% . I don’t even bother to go because I know I’m no going to find anything interesting.

    • Amanda

I’m in Columbus, OH and we typically have these same deals. I miss most of them though because the Targets closest to me are near major malls so they have a lot of foot traffic.

  11. Jsturner1

Check the Oreos hot and spicy. They were with the regular Oreos. Ours were .89. 70% off! Whoohoo. I love these.

    • LisaG29

Yes, ours had them too, and they were with the regular oreos.

  12. Crystal

A few of my target had the valentines apparel at 30% rather than following the clearance of the other valentines items. Bummer.

  13. Amanda

Anyone know of any target stores with anything good left in dallas area?

  14. Me

I’m getting really excited listening to you all about 90%, but my child is moving on to middle school and I don’t think they do Valentine’s cards then. We are stocked and then some for the upcoming years! BUT, for all of you out there. The red items can sometimes be used at Christmas. The pink items at Easter (depending on what they are of course). Also, the Valentine’s card packs sometimes come with erasers, small pads of paper, tattoos, stickers…and I used to buy them at 90% off solely to stuff Easter eggs for our hunt when the kids were small. They are getting bigger and now want better stuff, so I’ll have to pass, but I get all caught up in 90% off too! Wooo! It makes me feel like I hit the lottery or something. :o)

    • Dice

      Great tips. Thanks!

  15. hologram87

went to 2 Targets with my kiddos this morning and found a bunch of stuff. Some valentine cards, that wreath shown above (that I was eyeing at full price! glad i waited!) and some of the dollar spot stuff, specifically My Little Pony stuff for my daughter’s birthday party next week! Ok, and I did get a bag of caramel m & m’s . They are my favorites and I couldn’t resist!

    • Holly (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Sounds like you got some sweet deals!

  16. Missy

Check the stuffed animal area in toys too. If thereā€™s a small ā€˜Valentinesā€™ on the tag, theyā€™re ringing up 90% off. Got a giant (probably 3ā€™) cat for $1.99 & 10ā€ bears for $.49. Great for donating to hospitals or foster kids too!

  17. rikki

They have cute couples face masks ringing up 49 cents! I bought 10 lol I didn’t think they’d go down to 90% since the beauty from Christmas only went to 70%. Spent 22 saved 127!

  18. Mary

I was happy to buy my 6 month old some baby clothes! Canā€™t beat .49 cent pants and an adorable heart tutu/sweater outfit for 1.59. They arenā€™t super valentines themed šŸ™‚

  19. Dice

When I price check some of the valentines clearance items like the Carltonā€™s valentines stickers they scanned and rang up regular price. I thought Iā€™d tell the cashier that I found it at valentines clearance but not ringing up. She had to call someone and ultimately she told me that she cannot honor the clearance price because she canā€™t verify the item and that itā€™s not part of the clearance. So I was like ok forget it Iā€™ll not take it but then I checked my receipt she charged me for one of the stickers pack on reg price and itā€™s not in my bag and I didnā€™t purchase it coz I asked her to cancel it

  20. sus

I shop 90% off sales to get stuff for my classroom. I give the kids presents for Christmas, Valentines, and Easter. If I find items that I can’t get enough for the whole classroom, I use for the kids to trade in their “awesome student” tickets toward those items to encourage them to be good to each other, listen, and study hard.

  21. JJ

Which face masks were in sale? tia

    • rikki

It’s called spalife lovegram. They’re in the shape of a heart

  22. Luna

My target was still at 70% and almost gone

  23. Sri

My target in NC 90% no food items but nothing much left… candies are still 70%.

  24. moria

I got kids fuzzy socks, headbands and bows for $0.10 each. I also got 75ct muffin liners for $0.19!

  25. *Angela-Miles*
