This book is great even if you are not vegetarian. There are so many quick and easy ,yet yummy breakfast ideas and recipes that you want it to be time to cook breakfast when you read them. They are full of protein to get you and your family off to a good start. It is a must to add to your collection of cookbooks, because it give you many different choices.
I’m always looking for cookbooks with recipes that will help me eat in a healthier way. What I like about this book is the valid stress on protein for breakfast. It really does make a difference. Most of the recipes look both fast and easy to make. My favorites are the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Oatmeal, Amaretto Liqueur French Toast & Strawberries and the Parmesan & Herb Frittata. The protein shakes and smoothies look good too.

I’ve been using this on my 11 year old daughter for the last 5 years. I was beyond thrilled to find it still available on Amazon! Our 5 year old one is starting to act up, so I wanted to replace it before it completely dies. Well worth every penny! There is no other brush or comb that will detangle my daughter’s unruly hair. She has curly, frizzy hair and we use this every single day. It has always held it’s charge for quite a long time. Friends are always amazed by how great it works. I can not say enough good things about the Tangle Tamer!
My daughter has hair that tangles terribly, and she just got one of these as a gift. I admit I was skeptical at first, but we tried it out, and it works just as described. It might have taken a little longer than a traditional comb, as you have to comb slowly, but there were no tears or even complaints. She said it didn’t hurt at all, and it got out even the most stubborn tangles. Well worth the extra couple of minutes!
I borrowed this item from my mom in hopes of easing the combing process of my child’s hair. The product was fabulous. It allowed me to comb the tangled hair with ease, which was beneficial to my child. My mom had bought it from Dollar General some years ago. I tried searching stores for it, but with no luck. My mom ended up giving me hers, but I felt bad, especially since she truly loved the product; therefore, I will be purchasing this product and giving it to her. P.S., my child is african-american and has very thick, naturally curly hair. So the product is ideal for this type of hair.
This is the MOST AMAZING device ever. I wish I had found it years sooner. My 4 year old daughter has thick, long, very curly hair (she is biracial) and this cuts down the time to comb her hair to one fourth!! No more tears or ouch! cries from her, and I cannot tell you how much this product has improved my life. If they ever stop making this…well, I don’t even want to think about that!!!!!
