   Hopefully it is automatic, because I didn’t see anywhere on site about the bottle opener. No info after registering either.

   I didn’t see any info about it either. An address wasn’t required, which seems strange. Hope it’s automatic. =)

   It mentions the bottle opener on the Welcome page. I can’t get it to take my info once I fill out the form. No box to check.

   After entering your birthday, it takes you to a new page. You click on the right hand side where is says “Join the Blue Crew”. There is a spot for your address and then you click submit. On the opening welcome page it says Join the Blue Crew and receive a bottle opener.
