   These don’t look like they’d fit. Since it says they’d ship Hong Kong Air Mail, these may not be standard to US outlets.

   I use these at my house. We have three little kiddos always poking at outlets! The two prongs hold the cover on the outlet, the third hole just gets covered up.

   Those look like a choking hazard for small children. It’s best to get the new plates that you have to twist to plug in.

   Looking at the picture, these don’t look like they would work on a standard outlet with three holes.

   Also, these are generally considered to be a choking hazard if the baby manages to pull the cover out – and, that’s not unheard of. I second the suggestion to get the kind of cover that replaces the whole outlet face and you have to twist or slide the cover in order to use. If the child pulls the cord out, the cover snaps back into place over the outlet.
