Numerous readers are having issues with being able to stack a Target coupon and manufacturer coupon together on one item. Well, the good news is that Target’s coupon policy clearly states that you can use both coupons together on one item. Their policy also states that if the value of the coupon is higher then the value of the item, then they can adjust the coupon down. Go on over here to access their coupon policy. Print it off and keep it with you every time you shop at Target. You also may want to read more about the coupon issues people have been encountering and what can be done about it here.

My target also had Special K cereals for $1.88. Which is especially good if you have the Special K Blueberry coupons from coupons.com. I don’t believe they are still available.

  2. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have a few ?’s and wasn’t sure where to put them. Some of you have mentioned a catalina phone # you can call if you have a problem getting a catalina. What is the #?? It was not on my catalina. Also, how can you find out what the grocery store catalina promotions are? My grocery store thinks they are totally random (I must have been really lucky on the recent Kraft cheese deal!).Also, does the Aug. All You magazine have more coupons in store than through the mail? Can we contact them about it? Sorry this got so long.

  3. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Jessica,
I dont know much about cat machines and would like to know this too since when i went to kmart i had a bunch of problems with the axe stuff. I got the all u in the mail and bought it from the store. i havent had a chance to go through ad clip all the coupons, the one thing i did notice so far was a .50 coupon for all you mag in the one that i bought in the store. both covers said the same savings amount.

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Keep in mind there are a lot of products included in the Kellogg’s promotion (Morningstar, Poptarts, etc.). There have been a couple of Qs in the inserts for Poptarts (on sale at my Target for $1.52) and several Morningstar Qs on coupons.com. My Target had A LOT of cereals on sale – Cocoa Krispies, Corn Pops, Apple Jacks, Special K, Raisin Bran. I was able to get 5 boxes with a $1 coupon on each. But I wasn’t able to turn this into a $ maker. I didn’t have enough coupons for 1 type of item which is just as well b/c DH might have divorced me if I brought home 10 boxes of cereal! I will be even after rebate so 10 free products makes me very happy! 🙂

  5. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

One of the Target’s I was at yesterday said that they had changed the coupon policy a week ago, and are no longer stacking coupons. Has anyone else heard this??

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Jessica,
The Catalina Co. #888-322-3814…this is the only question I can help you with.

  7. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Fran! I’ll have to try it.

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Collin, Just wanted to let you know that mt Kmart has the Pictureka! game for $5.99 regular price. With the coupon it would make them $0.99!!!

  9. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Do you know if there is a limit to the number of $5 gc’s you can get back? Thanks!!

  10. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

can someone please tell me if one coupon per purchase means one per item or one per transaction? i had a problem using 10 of the same coupons that state one per purchase for 10 of the same items. i’d really like to know… thanks…

  11. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Baseball Mom…I had a person tell me that one time and I decided to go back again later with a different person and they took all the coupons. I think you just have to “learn” your cashiers and who are extreme sticklers for taking only a certain amount of coupons, calling the manager if it doesn’t match the pictures, etc. After a while, you’ll know who to go to and who not to. But either way, they should take 1 Target and 1 mfg. coupon per item. Have you read the store policies?

  12. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I cant find the eggo bakeshop printable anywhere. Is it gone now? Am I using the wrong zip code? I’ve tried coupons.com redplum and the kelloggs website. Help?

    -Kelley

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I found Reach dental floss starting at $1.02
    Use $1/1 coupon from 6/14 SS (exp.5/31/10)
    Final cost 2 cents!

  14. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Mary, Yes I do have the coupon policy. This is a store that I have used 1 mfg and 1 Target coupon per item. She just told me that Target had changed the coupon policy a week ago, and now it is just 1 coupon per item. I guess I’ll try my other Target. They are never picky with coupons!

  15. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    One more deal:
    Olay Quench .99
$1.00 off Olay Body (P&G, I don’t know the date)

The Dove Facial coupon can also be used on face moisturizer .97

    Tylenol .97
    $1 off any https://www.tylenol.com/vcrc/manage/nmtycampaign.jhtml?oid=5315

    Also, variation in pricing:
    Renu 2oz travel – $1.52
    Degree Fine deodorant – $3.64
so no freebie there for me 🙁

  16. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Just back from target.

Kashi crackers not on sale for 2.50 this week like it was last. Not bad with the coupons but not the deal it was last week either.

Also $5 gift card when buying 2 nexxus products. I saw a shampoo for 4.99 so that would make the deal a bogo. Much better if anyone knew of a manuf coupon to pair with it.

  17. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Jami…
According to the hotcouponworld.com coupon database:
Nexxus Salon Hair Care Product – 07-12-09 SS
    (expires 8-15-09).

I don’t have it in my pile, so I don’t know. but if you had two of these that would make that a pretty sweet deal!

  18. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    SuzyQpon,
My husband thinks I’m crazy sometimes, but has discovered that I have method to my madness — I probably have 25 boxes of cereal right now and only the 2 of us eating cereal….and I’ve used several boxes already!!

My Target in MS did not have the Bare Solo products for 1.50 anymore – they were back up to 2.50. =(

  19. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’ve decided that Target is way more confusing with coupons. I had a heck of a time today. The prices were different than what was stated and some of the coupons didn’t work and I didn’t notice til I got home and it was items I wouldn’t have purchased if they weren’t free.

  20. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Samantha,
thanks for the nexxus heads up…not in my pile either. hope someone out there has it and gets a good deal on this one.

    Anon,
I thought that happened to me too. Look at your receipt again and maybe the savings are there afterall. Some coupons take are taken off right after the item is listed, others are taken off at the bottom. Hopefully you were just looking at the bottom and missed where they were really taken off. If not that is too bad and better luck next time.

  21. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Found the nexxus coupon listed above. so excited. it was for $3 off. I got 2 of the 4.99 shampoos -$3 coupon -$5 back = $1/shampoo! If I only had 2 coupons this would have been a money maker.
