the giftcard can be applied to shipping i just cleared the text box that said ‘amount of gift card being used’ and changed it to the total and my grand total was $0
Weird. My order just went through on Apothica. It was a bit slow, but I had no problems using the GC to cover an Essie polish and shipping cost. Just make sure you enter it as a gift card on the final checkout screen NOT as a promo code under the view my cart section.
Well even though it said they changed the promo it still sent me a GC number and I was able to use it on the Lip moisturizer and it even covered the shipping! Awesome deal thanks so much HiptoSave!
But I forgot to go thru Ebates is there any way to still get the order applied so I can get the 10% back?

I tried a couple of differnt items and it won’t let the gift card pay for the shipping which is 6.95. I didn’t have any issues using the gift card though.

I was having the same problem it was taking too long to process the order so I called and placed an order, the lady over the phone said that once there system is back online they will send me a confirmation..anyways I still have not received an email from them.Will wait and see what happens.
Make sure to change the amount to be used for the gift card!! That’s how you get it to cover some/all of the shipping.

To use a Gift Certificate, enter the Gift Certificate number into the box in the Gift Certificate area. If the Gift Certificate is valid, the check mark will light up.
***IMPORTANT : You must enter in the code exactly as it appears on the Gift Certificate. This means including all letters, numbers, and dashes in the order they are shown to you. (see Gift Certificate below.)
An easy way to do this is by highlighting the number with your mouse, copying it and then pasting it right into the checkout page.
Once you have the Gift Certificate number entered you can change the amount you want to use in the Amount to Be Used box.
You can add another Gift Certificate by clicking Add Another Gift Certificate. This will cause another Gift Certificate box to appear.

I got my GC# early this evening and couldn’t get my order to go through but just now I tried it. It worked great! I got the Mustela 2in1 baby body wash for $12 with $6.95 shipping =$18.95. The gift card covered it including the shipping. It was much faster now. You might want to try again if you have a number and haven’t been able to use it.
I spoke too soon my order wasn’t processed all the way I waited & waited. Finally pressed refresh and it won’t include my shipping now….annoying. What’s going on?
Ok so I tried just adding any item to get my total over $49 for the free shipping, once it applied the free shipping I when thru the checkout and removed the item I was using to push my total over and it worked to get the GC to apply towards shipping. Order processed thru to success! Hope that works to help anyone else having the same problem.

At the top of your order form, it reads $20.00 (that’s how much your gift card is) and next to that how much is being used from the $20.00…highlight that figure and change it to your total, up to $20.00. I changed mine to $19.95 and my balance became $.00. After I did my order, I noticed others have given the same advise.

Deal Is dead! I tried geting on earlier and couldn;t. now it tells me it is over due to overwhelming demand but instead are offering a 20% off coupon instead. They did say ALL already existing gift cards would be honored so congrats to those of you who got them!
I finally got it to work for me. I changed the dollar amount on the right side to $20.00. I ended up having to pay $2.95 and it said that amount was too low to charge to a credit card, so I had to use paypal. Finally went through.

I think it can still be used for shipping– just change the amount to be used field to cover it. It worked for me and I didn’t have to put in my cc info. My six month old is going to get to learn about bubbles in his tub!

Yay! just ordered my 2 bars of soap. My total was$18.85 and the gift card covered it all! Didn’t have to put in a credit card info. I ordered 2 bars of natural/organic soaps in Sage and in Rosemary. Can’t wait. The one bar is on backorder but oh well it’s still not bad for free, I’m willing to wait.

Just got an e-mail (another e-mail) from them saying this was my last chance to get the $20 gift card!! I don’t know how I got a second one in my e-mail but when I entered my info it said that e-mail address was already in use so I used a different one and it went through. WOW!!
