If you can’t get it to work, Just call customer service. I couldn’t get mine to work either and I called and they were very nice and helpful. You can only use either the gift card or the promo code and not both. AND it will apply to shipping costs, so keep that in mind.To Order or for Customer Service

Interesting, as I just got it to work at Skinbotanica. I got a hand repair cream for $13 plus $6.95 shipping which used the entire $20, so I didn’t have to enter a credit card at all. It took a LONG time to get through (much refreshing of the site) but I got a confirmation of my order for no cost.
