I got the same post card stating that my submission was denied because it did not include an original UPC. Luckily, I had made a copy of everything that I had mailed in with the rebate. I called the Bushnell Co. at 888-326-6187. I was told to send in a copy of the UPC. I could either fax it to 1-866-843-9980 or mail it to Bushnell Outdoor Products, Client Research, P.O. Box 5501, Norwood, MN 55583-5501.
well – i bought 3 and got an email indicating i’m getting at least 1 of the rebates! am really hopeful that’s a clerical error and i’m getting rebates for all 3. i copied all the stuff i sent in – so will wait and see…
Yay! Despite the confusing email, I got a check for all 3 rebates! AWESOME!
