I purchased this at Macy’s Online and used my Macy’s card and received an additional 10% off “electronics”. I did not have to enter a code or anything it was automatic. I did have to pay for shipping of $5.95, but it sure beats heading to the store….
You can also take a Macy’s coupon to the store and it’s either 10 or 15% off the purchase price.
Anon – Where could I find a Macy’s coupon? Or did you just get one in the mail or something?

Just an FYI: I just checked Macy’s.com, and it says it is on order and will ship in 33 days. The rebate has to be postmarked by 8/10.

I don’t know if anyone is looking at this anymore, but did anyone’s rebate come back saying that this product did not qualify?
Linda – I got a letter stating that my request for the Sensio rebate could not be honored because products purchased at Macys.com or by catalog do not qualify for this rebate. I looked at my copy of the rebate offer and no where does it say this. I plan to respond to the letter. I think the offer was misleading.
Thanks Nancy. I looked at my letter again and that’s exactly what mine said too. I’m going to try to follow up too and I’ll post what happens. I’m not overly thrilled with the product. The large cup got stuck in the blender once and I could not get it out or stop the blender. I had to unplug it and I didn’t get to have my smoothie until my hubby came home in the evening 🙁
This is a follow-up to my rebate being denied. I called the number on my denial letter 877-217-4421. It was The Advertising Checking Bureau, Inc. They said there was nothing that they could do since they only process the rebates. They told me to contact Macy’s. I also called the number on the rebate form 1-866-832-4843. It was for the Sensio Inc. The man (manager) was EXTREMELY RUDE and yelled at me for calling them. He said “Your rebate was denied. Live with it!!” I then called Macy’s at 1-800-289-6229. The customer service rep. was very, very nice. She apologized for the whole ordeal and gave me a $10 credit on my credit card for the purchase of the rocket blender.
Just wanted to say thank you Nancy! It took a bit more effort for me, but they also credited my Macy’s charge. I had to fax a copy of the rebate denial letter, but finally got a message today about the credit. Thanks again!
