positive- I ordered 2 everything went through- I called customer service to check dimensions and they said that they actually had sold out yesterday and they are not getting their clearance taken off as soon as they should- I know bummer!
yeah, sorry to burst everyone’s bubble but this has been on “clearance” since May and on Backorder too. OM is HORRIBLE with their website and taking things down. I highly highly highly doubt this will come. Look for an email tomorrow.

When I purchsed mine it says backordered so are you guys saying for sure that I will not get it once it says backordered my order will cancel for the media center???
I ordered a bookcase for 18.00. The order status said is was discontiued and not available for delivery, but the office max van just delivered it. I didn’t think I was going to get it. you never know.
I ordered the student chair, the bookcase (I should have ordered more) and the armoire. I just received the student chair today, the bookcase has not shipped yet and like most of you, the armoire is on back order. I’ve already seen the transaction on my bank account, so if it doesn’t come they will owe us all credits….
I ordered two of the armoires after reading comments here that they wouldn’t come (I mean who want to have to pass up a good deal). My order went through on 8/16. I checked the status today and it shows pending and gives a disclaimer that it’s been discontinued and is not available for delivery. I called office max twice and each person confirmed that it will still come–they’re expecting stock in their san francisco warehouse early next week, and that I should have them by the end of next week for sure. Hope that’s true–we’ll see.
I ordered two of these on 8/16, and never got a cancellation or a shipping confirmation. Today the delivery guy randomly showed up with *one* of them. (He called me at work and was actually a bit miffed that I wasn’t there waiting for him – like it was my fault!) It remains to be seen whether they’ll ever send me the second one…but I’m psyched to get even one at this price!
don’t know if people will read this since this was posted so long ago, but i ordered the desk as soon as this post was originally put up and mine came today!! i was so happy! as someone else said, i got a call randomly today but the delivery guy saying it was 10 mins away and was going to drop it off. good thing i was home!
I was so super excited yesterdaya when my door bell rang and it was the Office Max delivery guy with my delivery. I am actually in the process of putting mine together. I didn’t think I was ever going to get it but to my surprise here it is. I also ordered one for my girl friend, who I made her day when I called her and said you are never going to guess what just showed up today!!
I called office max today to find out where mine were as I had previously been told it was on the way to the warehouse and then would be delivered today. After speaking with a representative, a manager, and the manager’s manager, I was left with little resolution except that it was priced incorrectly and they identified the error on Sunday. No one called or emailed to cancel my order. The upper level manager just told me that she couldn’t do much and she could show me where on the website it stated while quantities last. Very disappointed with the service whether or not it was an error on their website.
We got ours & assembled it – it looks great! Can I share a photo with you? Thanks for the deals. You are the BEST!
