I had placed the order for the cashews my view order page stated that I would have free shipping, but my confirmation page said $5.95. So I called the company and they said the would expedite my request to the supervisors. I called back today and no one expedited anything and I ended up paying the shipping costs. Another lame company. But on a good note, I bought 10 cans of nuts for 17.00. Guess I can’t complain.
how long is that free shipping code good for?
I have been trying to get my reimbursement for shipping on the cashews. I talked to someone on the phone today that told me that it was based on weight so I couldn’t get free shipping. She was passing my information along to her supervisor, I shouldn’t have to pay shipping since I had a valid code. I have a friend that ordered the nuts too and got her free shipping.
