Does anyone know how the quality compares to Walgreen’s soft cover book?
I loaded a bunch of photos, without a problem. I should 1st sign in & SAVED my photos before continuing. I left for a bit & now nothing is there.

This was a pretty sweet deal. I changed the layouts of the pages to fit 12 pictures on most of the pages. More pictures in the book makes the deal even Sweeter!
I had a ton of problems. I started last night uploading pictures, which took two hours- and then the site froze before it was done, so I gave up. I came back this morning and checked again and there were some free books left, so I tried uploading again. Left for awhile, came back, and the pics were uploaded, so I started my book- got halfway done and the site froze again. I lost everything. Grrrr! They had added more books to the free promotion, so I uploaded one more time (AFTER signing up for an account), left to go watch Princess and the Frog, came back, tried again. Froze again. Started over with the book (thankfully my pics were still uploaded) and saved after every page. FINALLY got my book done and ordered. $8.99 for shipping, but it is priority, so it should be here soon. Thankful there were still free ones left (it was 5:30 pm EST the day after this was posted), but frustrated with the whole ordeal. I hope the book will be worth it!!

In the past 48 hours weve been experiencing a massive traffic spike as some of our promos have been posted on multiple high traffic blogs. Weve done our best to anticipate growth, but its nearly impossible to plan for things like this. Call it growing pains.
Here are what we are doing to address these problems:
1. Answer every customer service (customerservice@hoorray.com) inquiries as soon as possible, to clarify any issues you encounter.
2. Roll out several performance improvements on Monday.
3. Increased the number of free books to 750.
In the meantime to ensure you can create and order your book please do the following:
1. Register to Hoorray before uploading the photos (you can do this by clicking on the sign-in button in the book creation screen), notice that you can register with your Facebook account if you have one, so you don’t need to remember a new password.
2. In the book creation screen, make sure you click save book for every page.
3. In the shopping cart make sure to apply the free book promotion on the 9.5×8 book.
In addition, if for some reason you don’t see the free book promotion in the shopping cart on your 9.5×8 book item, please email customer service (customerservice@hoorray.com) and we will provide you with instructions on how to get it.

Augh! Spent over an hour uploading my pics and making my book. went to checkout and it made me sign in again…. the book was gone….
Just uploaded the photos again and made it through about 6 pages and I started suddenly getting a gateway time out and now I can’t get obn at all because of the gateway timeout!!
I just made my free book and with out any problems, Even the upload was fast and I had 157 pictures! I added pages to the book to fit them all in. There is Nothing like a good deal to get me ready for the day! Happy Holidays to all.
