Have questions about Walgreens?
Check out my Walgreens Store Guide post!
I didn’t get any coupons in this weeks fliers for Electrasol Finish Quantum Dishwasher . Any ideas where I can find the $2.50 coupons????
You can get 20 for $6 on eBay.
How Great! I will check it out now! Thanks SandyK! :o)
I didn’t either. No reach or electrasol or revlon or the BOGO Oust I was looking forward too. boo. Indiana sucks ๐ I think everyone should get the same coupons. Why make it different?
The Indy Star had them, they usually have most of the coupons…hope this helps
I was so excited to print out the $2 Johnson&Jpohnson coupon only to find out they were not on sale for $2.99 at Walgreens. Anybody had the same issue?
Kate…the Johnsons sale is not included in the short ad.
I read about it on the blog… I wonder if prices vary by state?
Hey Collin-
There are a lot of us that do not have the Electrosol deal in our Weekly Walgreens ads. Is that something that was unadvertised?? Or, do Walgreens ads just vary from region? If so, there are a lot of people who are getting confused when they go to Walgreens and the deals are different.
Thanks for any clarification! I figured you would know, if anyone would.

Ours was advertised in florida. Inside page.
It is not listed as Electrosol. It is listed as Finish.
Hi Everyone I just wanted to tell you that I’ve been looking for the childrens walgreen’s coloring book here in Texas, so today I found about 6 books!!! I was so happy!!!! until I looked inside none of them had the coupons!!!!!!! I guess someone took them out????
I found some with a growth chart and others had the growth charts taken out and were just laying there with the other books what a bummer!!. Well at least I was able to get my free electrosol I got 2! oh and the Sensodyne Pronamel Toothpaste $3.49 was actually 5.49 the manager said the Walgreens 2.00 coupon wasn’t going to go through because it was already scaning at $5.49 down 2.00 from 7.49.
I don’t know what part of Texas you are in but I was able to FINALLY find them at the Walgreens in Midlothian it’s about 20-30 mins south of Dallas.
Just came back from Walgreens. Was able to do the electrasol deal. They had plenty on the shelf as per usual nothing was marked. Typical for my walgreens.
I tried to send this to collin and got an error message so I am posting it here:
If anyone is planning on doing the Deal on page 7 of wags ad: Buy $20 of participating products, get $5 RR. The deal includes a $15 Brita pitcher, filter refill, or faucet mount and the 2/$5 cleaners-tilex, clorox, pinesol.
There is a $5 coupon off any Brita system online. All you have to do is register at http://www.filterforgood.com and you can print it. It says only one will print, but if you hit back once it prints, you can do it twice!
Just got back from Walgreens in Oregon and if you’re doing the Reach toothbrush deal keep an eye open for packages that have two but are still the $3.99 price. I was able to find four and do the deal. The top right side of the package says “:buy1 get 1 FREE”. These are packaged one on top of the other not next to each other. Score…12 (4 double packs and 4 single packs) toothbrushes for nothing!!!
If you buy (2) of the Neosporin 1 oz. $6.99
Use the $2/1 in-ad coupon
Use the $2/1 Walgreens coupon from the Childrenยs Coloring Book
Use the (2) $1/1 coupon from the 1/3 RP
Pay $3.98 and get back $3RR making the final cost only 98 cents for 2
My Walgreen’s had Neosporin on a buy 2 for $8 with a $3 RR back. I used the $2 off coupon from the children’s coloring book and that deducted $4 total, plus I used the $1 off manufacturer’s coupon which made the 2 Neosporins totally FREE.
OK, I’m beginning to think I am crazy. My Wags ad doesn’t have coupons for ROC or Reach or Pronamel. My RedPlum doesn’t have the BOGO for Reach. What’s the deal? It must be a conspiracy to make me go crazy looking for Q’s that don’t exist. Maybe these Q’s are regional. I don’t know.
I am so blessed for a great mom and mother in law. Both gave me their coupons for this week. Just returned from Walgreens. (Only out of electrasol.) They are now out of stayfree, kids breathe right, and ester-c. MWHAHAHAHA!
Anyone else had issues with the J$J baby items? Collin’s blog said they were on sale for $2.99 but not in my Walgreen’s. Is it something that might be coming up next week?
Thanks.
The sensodyne was 5.79 in my area. And both local walgreens were out of the Bayer Crystals. Also, I purchased the Brita water filter and $5 of pinesol, making my total $20, and it only printed out a RR for $1, not the $5 RR I was expecting like it said on the ad!
Well, a little trip to my local Wags and a talk with one of my favorite cashiers and I’ve solved the problem. Southeast Idaho is part of a “Test Market”. Our ad is only 8 pages long and the rest of the country is 20 pages! Go Figure! What kind of test is this? All these great deals and I cannot partake. How long will this “Test” go on? It’s killing me!!!
I hope it’s not a test to see if they can do the same thing all over the country. Hope they get full ad soon.
I’d seriously complain to corporate. i’d hate them to “test” everywhere. Or make it permanent there.
Looks like the $2 off J&J products is gone!
I found Lip Smackers on clearance and was able to snag one for 39 cents. I will use in my niece’s Easter basket. Also, I was able to get Rimmel nail polish on clearance for 9 cents the other day. I had such a great trip today to Walgreens, I spent $8 dollars out of pocket saved over $130 per receipts and still have $9 in RR stashed in my file. Thanks Collin!
Went online to print my Target coupons and also found a manufacturers coupon from their site for $5 off any 4 Kellogg’s cereals. I plan to use this in conjunction with the Walgreens deal and get 4 boxes for $0.25 each. This was a find for me as I just started doing this and didn’t have the older copies of the Special K coupons.
Correction – didn’t realize I could only get one RR per deal – just re-read Collin’s post on RRs however this is still a great deal at $0.75 each on 4 boxes in lieu of the $0.25 I previously posted.
I went to Walgreens this morning to buy 2 packs of pullups and I had the $2 huggies mq and the $1 huggies coloring book coupon. The cashier ran one huggies mq and then the coloring book one( and it only took of $1 rather than $2 for each package). he then ran the other $2 huggies mq and the register beeped. He then voided the coloring book one and ran the $2 huggies and then tried the coloring book and then it beeped. He called the manager and said that he was sorry but that I could not use it because they had to be “regular price”. I told him I had done it previously and he just said sorry. It was very frustrating and in the midst of it I forgot to tell him that could not be true because the cashier had rang it previously. Has anyone had difficulties with using the huggies mq and coloring book? I have used them before but I don’t know if they have done something to their register or what. Any ideas?
I have had problems with each coloring book coupon I have used. There are times the cashier will deny them and there are times that they call the manager. Most of the time the manager will over ride the price and then they just staple the coloring book coupon to their copy of the receipt that prints out when they over ride it. HTH.
I just got 4 packs of Stayfree pads, 4 Reach toothbrushes, 4 Reach flosses, and 3 of the nice Lunchables that have the drink and candy bar, all for a grand total of 28 cents!!!!
My Wags has all University Medical items marked down 25%, making them 4.49 each. With the two coupons and RR, they are $2 each!
Hi
