Are these deals available on their website also?

  2. Rachel

I think you can use the 50c off Bic mechanical pencils coupons that are on Bic’s special coupons.com site to get the pencils for 50c! 😀

  3. Heidi

I snagged a lot of these great deals this morning! I was/am so excited and Staples is easy to process a rebate because its online.
1 thing I saw that was not in the ad, Staples 1 subject, 70pg, wide ruled notebooks were marked at 50 cents! Limit is 2. I ended up buying them instead of the $1 ones which I couldn’t find anyway.

Guess I better head over to staples and get some copy paper! Can always use paper for printing coupons! I also like that you can submit your rebates online! I wish all rebates were that easy!

  5. Laura

I was going to Staples to get new printer ink today but didn’t know they had a rebate thingy too. So do they have like a little booklet in-store of all the rebates available or is just in the ad?

  6. leila

The light bulb coupon was for Target, so It wouldn’t work at CVS

  7. Craig

Get the paper for all the coupon printing we do here! I got some at this exact cost during the back to school days promo. Just as cheap right now! Heck, thinking about getting to more at this price again! You minus well its paper, it wont go bad in a month ya know?!!!l

Be careful on the Gel Pens, you have to be sure to get the correct ones which I think are the assorted colored pens. I accidentally bought all black pens in the 4-pack and didn’t get the discount. I’ll be returning those for sure! I did get the paper and it was a cinch to do the rebate online!

  9. Craig

Yeah, I tell ya, as far as rebates go, Staples rocks!! Sooo easy online. Once you start, it fills most of the info in for you! A real snap!

I received a brown grocery bag from Office Max in the Sunday paper. It was advertising that you could get 15% off anything you stuff into the bag. This could probably be used at Staples. I believe I did that back in the summer.

I went to Staples today. There was no instant savings on anything. My ad did not show anything like these deals either. I was able to purchase the printer paper, and the Avery binder. Those were the only deals I found for my area in Upstate N.Y. The paper was priced at 6.49 a package-4.00 rebate. This is still a good deal for 2.50 a ream. I like the deal for the Avery binders too! These come in handy!

Yep, I go through paper like water – so I will be visiting Staples for sure….thanks for the tip on the Grocery Bag “Coupon” – I received one in the Sacramento Bee today (Sun.) with the ads. I will see if my Staples honors it. Anyone have any tips on a coupon binder? I got one for a $1 back in the summer on clearance, and the rings don’t close all the way – just a hair open, but my plastic coupon pages keep falling out…uggghhh! Happy New Year everyone!

BIC’s website lists the mechanical pencils with a 50 cent off coupon you can print twice.

Well, my trip was bitter sweet. I saw that the Pentel display had it clearly state it was B0G0 free, so when I asked the manager exactly which ones were on sale, and then asked about this. He said, oh thats an old deal and isnt suppose to be there. I said, well, it clearly states this now. So he took the top off (the part of the display stating this) and said, yeah its a old deal and it needed to be taken down. But he said I could receive the item for 1c. Me and another lady getting the exact same item(s) got this deal. But come time for me to cash out, he was gone/not around and I told the cashier the deal. He said, yep it was essentially free due to the price drop down to $3.99. I didnt buy his talk but took em anyway since it was the last 2 pen sets left. Well I get home and do the online rebate hoping, well maybe it will give me the full price of normally $6.99 and then I would actually got this deal. WRONG!. So know I got to go back and take this extra set back! Uuuuugh! Maybe that manager will be there and I can give em a ear-full. Geeze. whatta day. Sorry just had to vent and tell the only group of friends that dont like paying full price for stuff! thanks to Collins training!!!! Woot! WOOT!

Oh well, overall the deals/rebates went as smooth as always!!! Go get some great deals! But dont delay. These pens for ex. were slim pickings here.

Good news, got the B0G0 deal. Had to go back and talk to the manager. Another trip but, worth it since these were normally $6.99!

Take a close look at where these pens are. IF its in a display box look at the top of this box to see if it states this. Then tell them at check out or tell a manager and have him ring you up. The mark down to $3.99 after instant so make sure ya get the other set (if the display is out and you ask about it!). This manager said he would have to sell it for 1c. Not bad. Both sets norm. $$13.98+ all for $3.99 + 01.c!!! LOoK for the display folks! Its poss. they took the top off like they did after I mentioned it but YOU might be in luck if nobody has brought it up yet!!!!!

I rallied a couple of friends expecting to get the $1/ ream after rebate… but here in Jax, FL there was no instant savings of $1.29. There was the rebate of $4 though, but if you’re in that state of mind of how much you’ll spend and have an expected amount on hand, it is still disappointing. I still got 1 ream and after rebate will be $2.29 (I could’ve gotten 2 if they had the instant savings… see, I can’t help bumming about it =D Oh, well… like Craig says, had to vent..

    • Craig

Hay, thats about as cheap as you can get paper for. I use to get mine at Wallmart for $3?? So dont feel to bad, ya got a good deal still. I feel your pain though! lol Know exactly what ya mean! lol

If anybody has their staples receipts handy, could you post the Rebate Offer Number for the Avery binders? I didn’t get that rebate form with the stack of papers they handed me after checkout, and I can’t find the rebate on Staple’s website.

    • Craig

That one is NOT a MIR rebate, its a Staples Rewards ordeal. Dont know exactly how that works, since Im not a member, although its free to join btw. Call em up and get the info.

  17. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I stopped last night, hoping to get the binders ( thinking it was a rebate), but staples rewards. According to what I read, in order to receive your rewards you HAVE to spend 100.00 within the quarter 🙁 or they expire 🙁 . I am a rewards memeber , and just recently registered an account online and was disappointed when i saw my last two ink purchases , and other purchases expired . Staples is too expensive for me, much better deals else wheres in my opionion!
On an up note, make sure you check out the clearence section, mine had quite a few ” as seen on tv” items half off, like the ped egg, and the neck slimmer ( which there was a 5.00 coupon for, not sure if expired now?)
