  1. Elise

I’m having a hard time with the $5 off a black head eraser link. Any ideas? It’s not working for me. Thanks πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

    • collin

      Hey,

I just checked the link and it looks like the Clean & Clear site is down. Even when you try and go to cleanandclear.com it doesn’t work. Until then, you can also print the buy one get one free coupon on Coupons.com.

      Hope that helps! πŸ™‚

      • collin

Oops! Never mind! You were talking about the $5 coupon..duh!

I guess we’ll just have to wait until the site comes back up. I’m not sure what the problem is, but hopefully they’ll have it fixed soon.

  2. Kim

Wanted to let everyone know it does say on the $10.00 rebate form “does not include cleansing bars”. So I don’t think the Purpose bar listed in the scenario would work.

  3. collin

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for pointing that out. I’ll go ahead and update the deal with a different products.

  4. Jo

I can’t find the ad perk Kleenex video, is it under something other than Kleenex?

    • collin

The $1/2 Kleenex coupon was on the fourth page for me– in the bottom middle next to the Pull Ups coupon. Hope that helps! πŸ™‚

  5. Sandi

I tried doing some deals at Rite Aid awhile back but they said they don’t take printable coupons. Is this a national chain policy or did they change their rules?

    • Jenni

I recently called Rite Aid Corp for this very reason and was told they absolutely DO take internet coupons. They then took the store number of the store I had issue with and said they would deal with the problem and apologized to me for the “mis-information that particular Rite Aid store must have had.” I was then called by the manager of that Rite Aid the next day.

      • Sheila

WOW! That’s amazing! I might have to give that a try too! For my one store that doesn’t take them.

    • Sheila

I have three Rite Aids in my area. Modesto, CA. Two take IP’s and one doesn’t. Not sure if they have a corporate policy or not. I’d try another store if you have one near you.

  6. Andrea A.

last time I got purex at it was 5.99 each. HtH

  7. pattil24

Sandi — Rite Aid’s coupon policy (which in Portland, OR is posted in the checkout line!) says they will only take one internet coupon per transaction — but it really depends on your cashier. Mine will usually take all that I have, because I’ll just make them ring up separate transactions. Kinda silly really!

    • J.J.

I have been in chats with Rite Aid’s head of the whole couponing issue…she told me that the internet printables post refers to the rite aid ones (yellow) mainly referring to the 5 off 20. You can use them in multiple transactions. The manufacture’s internet printables should be treated like a clip from the paper coupon. If you run into trouble, keep corporates # on your speed dial and call CARRIE.

This is off the subject but does anybody know of a free shipping code at KMart right now ? I sure could use one right now. Thanks.

  9. Anonymous

Question about the Rite Aid video value coupons. The ones I have watched and printed sy Manunfacturer Coupon on them with the Rite Aid logo, so doesn’t that mean I can only use a store coupon with them? Or can you use more than 1 manufacturer coupon with store coupons at Rite Aid? I saw in the deal scenerios ie. the kleenex that Collin says to use the video coupon, in ad coupon and a red plum coupon.
    Any help!?!?! Thanks πŸ™‚

    • Anna

Even though it printed stating it’s a Manuf Q, it’s a store coupon and can be stacked with a real manuf Q. You can tell is it’s a RA Q, but checking if the barcode starts with a RC. If it does, then you’re good to go.

  10. Kelly

My Rite Aid will only take up to $5,00 total of ip’s if I am lucky:(

  11. Marci

I love my Rite Aid, they take whatever coupons I have and have never questioned it. I’ve never had a problem with Rite Aid, I find their deals a lot more straightforward than WAGS.

  12. Elise

Collin has posted Rite Aid’s CORPORATE coupon policy here (go to the bottom):
    http://hip2save.com/store-guides/riteaid

If you have any problems, she advises printing this and nicely presenting it. I’ve only had to do it once and they didn’t seem to take too well to it, but they honored it πŸ™‚

  13. Tara

Can you do the Johnson and Johnson and the single cash rebates all in one transaction? I am new to all of the rebates and i wasn’t sure if one needs to send in receipts for the single check rebates? Or if photocopies are allowed.

Also are these single check rebates displayed wtih the item, or does the cashier give them to you after the transaction? I do know to print out the Johnson and Johnson one. Thanks!

And from one military wife to another Collin, I LOVE YOUR BLOG!!!!

  14. robyn

i have NEVER had sooooo many problems printing coupons before. the dial for men: i get to the website type in the information, click on get coupon and nothing happens, just returns me to the page where i have to type in my info. the purex coupon says i have printed already, never have. and the cottenelle coupon says please wait. what the heck???

  15. collin

    Tara-
Yes, you can do the Johnson & Johnson AND any single check rebates in the same transaction without any problems! With the Single Check Rebates you do NOT need to mail in your receipt. You’ll just need to enter the receipt number Online. I would, however, make a copy for your records.

    Hope this helps! πŸ™‚

  16. Karen

    Tara –
The single check rebate is done 100% online, you don’t have to send in your receipts. Go to riteaid.com and on the left click on where it says single check rebate – it walks you through the process and you just have to enter a couple of numbers from your receipt. That’s it! And most of the items that qualify for a single check rebate have it marked on the item at the store. Good luck!

    • Kelly

With the single rebate check, how exactly does it work? I understand that you enter it online, but is it a rebate that you print out, or is it mailed to you? Can it only be used at Rite-Aid, or is it like a check that needs to be cashed in the bank?

      • SW

Kelly, its awesome! You just enter your receipts online, all month long. Then at the end of the month, you request your check and they mail you one check for all your refunds (a couple months ago, my check was $54!). HTH

  17. Tara

Thanks ladies for the quick response, after lunch I am heading out with all my coupons.

  18. Karen

    Kelly –
Rite Aid will mail you a check once a month for all your single check rebates for that period. You can bring that check to your bank or you can use it (or part of it) at Rite Aid. I usually get it cashed at Rite Aid while I’m there shopping anyways. They will give you cash back for whatever you don’t spend.

  19. Leeann

With the Kleenex deal, are we able to use 1 manufacturer coupon, 1 video coupon & one in-store coupon? It was my understanding only 1 manf. & 1 Rite Aide coupon. Are the video coupons a bonus?

  20. stella

I just got back I got
    2 shower cleaners
    2 boxes of contact
    2 bottles of theraflu
    2 boxes of lightbulbs
    spent 13.00
but getting everythign for free with coupons rebates plus I just made 8.00 WOOT WOOT!!

Yes i did 2 sep transactions

    • Missy

      Stella,
How do you get multiple rebates? Don’t they just offer one rebate on most things like the Theraflu?
      Thanks!
      Missy

  21. stella

@kelly: Be sure you want to request your check at the tiem you do. you can only request ONE A MONTH.. i generally wait till the last sunday in the month for the sales just to be sure and click and it comes.. just so you know it comes looking like a postcard DONT THROW IT AWAY.. I love it .. kinda better the RR since you can dep these or use them at Rite to take off money.. Wags seems a bit chincy these days

  22. stella

FYI THE 5.00 OFF 20 DOESNT SCAN FOR WHATEVER REASON.. they just put it thru i was holding up the line and I didnt care.. huff and puff ladies…

  23. MalibuBeachBum

    Thanks for the deals Collin!

Off topic (sort of): Is anyone else winning anything with the Monopoly game?! One of my game pieces was a $2.00 instant win! I also got 2 instant wins for a total of 4 more free game pieces (they weren’t winners). Any other stories?!

    Good luck!

    • Anna

I’m already jealous. I haven’t gotten an instant win yet. There are 6 sections on my board where I am only missing 1 piece and I have plenty of those cruise entry things. I do wonder if anyone has won anything yet.

  24. Ashley

So what’s the best/cheapest thing to do for this j&j rebate?

  25. J.J.

Here’s how to make some money on the scrubbing bubbles deal.
Print the 7$ coupon, the BOGO coupon and the 2$ off a refill coupon.
Buy starter kit, and 2 refills. (4.99)
use $7 off starter, 3$ off starter from ad, bogo coupon, (1) $2/1 refill AND a 5$ off 20$ rite aid coupon.
OOP .98 cents, then submit for the SC Johnson rebate for a $4.02 MM

  26. Jen

Rite aid never gives me coupon problems but my rite aid doesnt have the scrubbing bubbles on sale πŸ™ but thats ok I was able to get the soap deals and when you have kids any soap on sale is a great day πŸ™‚

  27. Amanda

Some how I didn’t give the cashier my coupon for the Mach 3 disposables today, it was a $2 off coupon, and I guess I just missed pulling it out because I used so many other coupons. Does anyone know if Rite Aid in Jacksonville, NC will give me $2 if I go in for the missed coupon? I know at Food Lion I have done this and it’s no problem at all.

    • Rose

Lots of places don’t usually do it, but just go in, be nice and tell them what happened and they will do it. I always forget a coupon or one get lost in the shuffle and don’t figure it out till i get home.

  28. stella

    havent won the game YET

  29. Kelly

I just did the rite-aid videos to get the $5 off $20 purchase video, and I noticed my printer will allow me to print it more than once. Is this coupon the kind of coupon that I can use again in a separate transaction, or is it a one-time use coupon that will make the register beep if I try to use it again?

  30. stella

HOW MANY sc johnson rebates can one hh do is it 3>??

  31. stella

kelly the registers will not take it .. they have to manually do it..

    • Kelly

ok, so does that mean i could use more than one?

      • Anonymous

Honestly, I don’t think it’s meant for you to be able to use it more than once. It should show you printed it after it was printed once and you shouldn’t be able to print another one. Looks like you got lucky.

  32. Kristianne

    Amanda,

My Rite Aid has done a post coupon for me everytime I have forgotten a coupon, even when I forgot my $5 off $25 one time the gal said to come back and she would do a post coupon. I live in California but I would think your Rite Aid should have the same policy? Just take the receipt and coupon back to the store and they should give you your $2.

    • Amanda

Thank you! I’m deffinetly going to give it a try!

  33. amy

stella, yes it is 3 rebates but they have to be mailed in seperate envelopes.

  34. amy

stella, you can do 3 rebates but they have to be mailed in 3 seperate envelopes

    • Colleen

FYI—I took a chance and mailed in two in one envelope, with a little note on the bottom asking them to please process because I had bought them on the same receipt and they did process it for me. So if you bought them on the same receipt, it is worth a try it worked for me.

  35. marina

you ladies are amazing I am just happy to get $3 off some Huggies at Target

Can you print the $5/$20 video reward coupon more than once? Can you earn credits to print more than one a month?

I don’t think you can earn more than one a month. I got 40 credits an only got one bonus. Another option is to create another e-mail account.

        It’s only 1/month.

Just wanted everyone to know that I did Collin’s “scenerio 2” and it worked beautifully. Luckily I was able to snag the last scrubbing bubbles shower cleaner on the shelf. With tax (7% ugg) this deal was a $3.22 money maker for me! I’m hoping to go back later in the week to do the deal for my mom, who doesn’t have a rite aid nearby. Thanks as always for all of your wonderful deal ideas!

My Rite Aid won’t take IP coupons over $5 so that scenario won’t work for me

for the scrubbing bubbles deal… do I have to have the wellness card to get that price? If so does it cost anything to get that card because of you earning points on it?

I just tried printing the coupons for the glade plugins and refills. The site said there weren’t anymore for this campaign. Bummer!!

went yesterday and so excited that i finally used my $20 certificate from gift of holiday. i don’t know about you but i have been getting things close to nothing out of pocket at rite aid and i never thought i could spend more than $20 to use the certificte.so here is what i did. get all 3 items that are free after SCR ( it’s like transfer $10 from the certificate into cash) plus 4 purex laundry detergent B1G1 this week and 3 cup noodles( it happend to be our favorite cup noodle). again, present $5 of $25 coupon first, only paid 4 cents with certificate. the best part is i didn’t get any junk. i do use everything i’ve got. i ‘d love to see how others use their $20 certificate for.

I did the scrubbing bubbles deal last night. I will be going back to get another one for 2.99! Plus there is a 3.00 off a refill coupon in the box, I will be pairing that with my BOGO coupon to get 2 refills for only 1.79!

Hi, i’m new at couponing and came upon this scenarioand I was Just wondering will it work because if it does, yay it’s an excellent deal-
    Kleenex Facial Tissues 3/$3.99
Use the $0.50/3 coupon from the 12/6 SS or 1/3 SS or found here here or here
Use the $1/2 Rite Aid Video Value coupon found here
    Use the $1/3 in-ad coupon
    Final Cost $0.50 each!
how are you able to use both the in-ad coupon and the video coupon in this transaction? Did riteaid take it without a problem?

are the prices on line different then in the store? I was going to buy the Roc skin care product so I could use both coupons but I could not find any ROC products under 12.99. On the deal scenario the item was only 7.19. Same thing happened with the maybelline mascara it was way more money at my store. Does anyone know why?

Has anyone done the Clean&Clear scenario? I went to 3 different Rite Aid’s and NONE of them carried the black head eraser refill pack which totally throws off the entire scenario…….soooo bummed!!!!!!
