My eyes hurt after reading all of that, how do you do it, I and the others that come here sure do thank you for all your hard work, you have saved me hundreds of dollars……thank you…..

  2. Sarah

Yes! We appreciate you so much! There are several other bloggers this week that haven’t even been able to come up with ONE scenario out of this week’s ad and you came up with 4!!! You’re my hero Collin 🙂

  3. Melody

The Renuzit Odor Neutralizer at my local store were $2.99 each, so 99 cents for two after BOGO and coupons.
They are right, Collin, there must be 48 hours in each of your days. I was able to come up with two scenarios that are decent, but nothing quite like yours!

    • Mariah

The renuzits were not BOGO at my store. Didn’t see it in the add either. Am I missing something?

  4. Ashley

And lets not forget she has three children! How do you do it…with three kids?? I cant do it with one boyfriend let alone children 🙂 You are truely a gift. We bought over $60 worth of things last week at rite aid and counting rebates only paid a little over ten dollars. This is totally worth my time while im unemployed.

  5. momwhocares

Cascade Automatic Dishwashing Detergent tabs $2.99 – these are $3.79 at walmart – with coupons you can get a great deal at $2.49

Plus a huggies savings – the big box is $19.99 – find one more item you get free or close to free to throw in the deal and use a $5.00/$20 coupon plus use the $2.00 off huggies coupon and get this box for $12.99!!! That is awsome considering the amount of diapers you get. I think this is a better deal that the walgreens deal. I have 2 in diapers – more diapers in a deal goes a long way!

I used the tums coupon – since they were on sale for .99 and the coupon was for $1.00 off!

Also, I never pay for huggies wipes – Here is what I always do. I find rite aid deals that I can throw in the wipes plus a huggies wipes coupon and with the combo of the $5/$20 or the $5/$25 coupon I get them free and still have an OOP less than $5 using rite aid deals and rebates. I stocked up on wipes this way – Especially when you use BOGO Coupons with BOGO sales and throw in the wipes using a $5/25 – I bring my total of BOGO items up to $20 and then throw in the wipes to bring it up to $25.99- and with the $5/$25 and then my total after Q to pay would be $5.99+tx the .75 off huggies wipes Q I would pay .24tx 🙂 see how that works. That is just one example. HTH others!

    • momwhocares

oh, I buy the big bag – the refill bag of wipes; that is why I have $5.99 as the price.

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I flipped though my free magazines the other day, can’t remember which ones. I have so many now. It’s not a full page add, it’s probably 1/4 of the page, but there is a $3Q for any one Olay Hand or Body Lotion. The Q is purple and had the Quench pictured. I found them in two different magazines.

Also, don’t forget to check your little coupons from the Game of Life. There might be something good in there to match up. If only I could get some of the pieces I need. I have 8 sections where I only need one.

    • momwhocares

      what pieces do you need?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have tons of extra pieces thanks to Collins great Rite Aid deals!!! Let me know what you need and I would be willing to send them to you!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

For the sections that are only missing 1, I need 26, 29, 35, 42, 46, 39, 47, & 52. I haven’t even bothered to ask since I assumed everyone else would need them. I think I’ve been though over 30 markers though. Thanks momwhocare and Heather. Let me know if you have any of the pieces. I’m willing to trade with coupons, pieces you need, or any other offer. My e-mail is sapphire92782@gmail.com

        • SaraJC

I think most of us need those very same ones.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I am sorry to say I do not have those either. I was hoping we could help each other out….I will keep looking though! Good luck to you!

          • Carrie

Those are the ones I need too! 🙁

    • dawn

I HAVE A REICEPT THAT SAYS I EARNED 3 TICKETS FOR THE GAME OF LIFE. I AM NOT PLAYING. HOW CAN I GIVE THEM TO YOU?

  7. Jolene

Hey I think the magazine with the oil of olay coupons was Ladies Home Journal. There was also a bogo oil of olay hand or body lotion with the quench pictured.

    • BJ

After reading these deals I decided to see where my closest Riteaid was. I am Northwest of Chicago. If I am interested I could drive 89 miles to Michigan and then back. Of course I would need to stop at the Outlet mall on the way. Somehow I don’t think I would be saving any money!!

  8. Betsy

Is any one else having trouble getting on
    to the coupon.com sight?

  9. Staci

A friend of mine told me about your blog and I really think it’s great!
In the mega deal scenario for Rite Aid, it says to print out $5 off $25 Q for each transaction. Each coupon has the same code. Will that be a problem at the store?

    • Melody

Staci – It won’t be a problem. Since it’s a PDF coupon, they are meant to be coded that way. I have used a few of this particular printable since it’s been out and all have worked just fine. It’s totally legit!

      • Staci

        Thank you

  10. Emma

I’ve read that there is a regional Red Plum coupon for $10 Alli. Does anyone know which zip it is under?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I haven’t seen it on Redplum.com, but I did get the Q in the paper.

  11. Kirsten

You are the first blog I go to when I am looking for weekly deals. Thanks for all your hard work.
I looked at the Sonicare deal because I need some replacement heads. I did notice that the rebate says it is for Delta Dental subscribers only. I happen to be a subscriber so I won’t have a problem. Just an FYI for others.

  12. San

Is the Sally Hansen $.50 coupon regional? I couldn’t find it! (Whitehall, PA)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

yes, we didn’t get it in UT.

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I cannot get the tp rite aid coupon to print after the video, is there a trick?

    • Mariah

Did you go to the tab at the top to print your coupon?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I am just trying to register 🙂 I fill out all of the information but the register button isn’t active??

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          got it!!

  14. Mariah

This is beyond the best site out there. No one else’s deals are as easy to use as yours!! Thank you for all you do!

I could not find the carefree coupons at the red plum site. Any ideas?

Also, I started receiving Fitness magazine (for free thanks to this site!) and there is an ad for a free Fitness stainless steel water bottle by mail when you buy certain products at Rite Aid. I know one of them was Ester-C. I am not at home to look at the magazine so if someone else out there could help that would be great!! Otherwise I will update this tomorrow when I get home!

    • Mariah

There is also a $1 Ester C coupon in the RA booklet that says Welcome to Rite Aid over $75 of flu savings inside. Just in case you don’t do the video values thing. This booklet was laying beside the weekly ads in my store. It says manf. coupon, but has the RA code on it.

The Carefree liners are $3.99 at my store.

Lastly, all the always pads products that have cleansing wipes attached to each wipe and the cleansing pads are 50% at my RA these helped a lot to get me to the $100 in P&G products.

    • Kate

I’d love to hear if you found out about the free water bottle deal! Where do I send the reciepts too! NOthing like making a good deal even better! Thanks for the head up!

      • Mariah

Okay I screwed up. You get the water bottle for buying Emergen-C not Ester-C! There are a few other items, too. At my RA they had a sticker on the products that are eligible.

        • Kate

Haha…those two names are really close! Thanks for checking…I’ll keep my eyes open for the tags at my Rite Aid.

          • dawn

EMERGEN-C ROCKS! A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY….ESP IF YOU HAD A FEW DRINKS THE NIGHT BEFORE!

  15. jamie

you are the best!! I knew I saw a printable $5/$25 RA printable coupon recently but couldn’t remember how to get it. All the other bloggers were only showing links to the video values coupon, and I didn’t have time to watch all those videos. But YOU had the link! BIG THANKS!!

  16. Chriscia

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

can i buy alli using 2 of my $20 gift certificates (fall & holiday). i was looking for a deal where i can use these certificates. thank u.

  17. Roger

I asked this question last week as well: Does anyone know where the Cadbury video coupon is located? If so, what’s it under, please? Thanks.

    • Hannah

It’s on the video values pages under “Cadbury.” You have to sort the videos by brand and then it comes up.

  18. Emma

I noticed that the Flex-A-Min is also included on the Healthy Heart rebate #552. I want to buy 2 bottles of the Flexamin that are $25 each and then submit it for the $25 rebate, but do you think that it would only show up on the Rite Aid rebate as only buying 1 bottle, since the other bottle is free? Or would both bottles be counted towards the rebate?

    • Sarah

For Rite Aid this is how it always works: If the Flexamin is on a BOGO sale, you will only get credit for one because the 2nd will ring up $0.00. If you are using a BOGO coupon, you will get credit for both because the 2nd one will come off at the end with your coupons.

  19. Hannah

If you read the fine print on the healthy heart rebate (552) it says:

“Rebate based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons are used).”

    How will they know this?

    • Nikki

they won’t. Their registers aren’t smart enough to match up the coupon with the item it applies to. The say it but I wouldn’t worry about it.

    • Cristina

I purchased the 120 ct ALLI and after coupons paid $39,99 out of pocket, submitted for the $25 gift card and just received confirmation that I received it.

  20. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You may also not have to buy as much as you think. Vicks & Always are on the list. This started on the 17th, So, last week’s add included the SCR for the DayQuil/NyQuil and Always. I got both and used the BOGO for the Always.

  21. E

On the Halls cough drops bogo in-store ad, can I use a manufacturer BOGO coupon also?
    Thank You

    • Nikki

the halls in ad coupon is a real manufacturer’s coupon. You cannot combine it with another manufacturer coupon that you got elsewhere, unless you were using a so much change off the item which would go to the item that you would be paying for. Their coupon policy is great but I don’t believe it covers this specific scenario, so YMMV.

  22. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Ooooh. And not lets for the Olay Regenerist $20 rebate of on the roller or microsculpting cream.

  23. Anonymous

Can anyone tell me if I can use a buy one get one free Manufacturers coupon with an in store coupon that is also a buy one get one free? I know that on a bogo store sale you can use a coupp;on also but I was wondering since I would have to clip the in store coupon to make it a bogo if I could use the Manufacturer one also….hummm I’m confused!!!

    • Sarah

Not this time because the in-ad coupon does not start with RC (their usualy barcode starter); it starts with a 5. This one really is a manufacturer coupon, not a RA coupon.

      • Sarah

        Oops…usual, not usualy. It’s early. 😉

  24. Thrifty Jenny

Thanks for posting such great match ups! I am not a Rite Aid shopper myself (I would be but we don’t have them where I live). Many of my readers are Rite Aid shoppers however, so I like to link them to great deals. Yours are by far the best I have found so I linked to you! Thanks!!!

  25. Patricia

Don’t forget to suggest getting the $1 off from the video rewards on the Welch’s Grape Jelly.

  26. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

there is a rite aid video coupon for the nature’s bounty flexamin too! print it 2 times for even more savings!

  27. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

dont forget this week starts February Rebate Month.

  28. Heather Malone-Grippe

Hi- i am new to Hip2Save and I was wondering if there is a special way to print out what deals you want to do- not just the whole webpage? thanks, Heather

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Heather,
Just copy (click the control key and the letter c) and paste (control &v) the entire deal section into a word document, and then “cut” or erase the deal(s) that you don’t want by highlighting the section and hit delete. HTH

    • Little'sMom

      Heather,
You could also just select the deal you want and when you go to your print option, choose ‘print selection’

  29. Jen

on the aquafresh deal you can also do the gel flex toothbrushes – $1/1 on the same page as the toothpaste coupon (print 2). These toothbrushes are $3.99 in store and part of the bogo – just thought I would throw that out there in case you’re like me and stocked on toothpasate but could use some brushes.

  30. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

does anyone know how much faith hill perfume is at riteaid
this week buy 1 get 50%
then plus $6 worth of all you ..

  31. sandra

I just got back from Rite Aid and bought a 90 count Alli and paid $1.15 oop. Alli $49.99 on sale for $39.99. I used a $5 off of $25, $10 MQ, $5 video Q and my $20 GOS and I will get back a $25 Rite Aid gift card and a $10 single check rebate. WooHoo!!!!!!!! Rite Aid rocks!!!!

    • Marie

I’m nervous about doing this because I looked at the fine print on the rebate and it says ““Rebate based on actual price paid (after any & all coupons are used).” I looked at other rebated, like the Go for the Gold P&G rebate, and it doesn’t say that. Could you let us know if you actually get the rebate after they confirm your receipt?

      • Roger

Not only that, but doesn’t the $25 GC offer state that you have to purchase $50 worth of eligible products? Unless something else was purchased that wasn’t stated by Sandra, $49.99 isn’t $50, and much less is $39.99, although a great price.

      • Nikki

Many of Rite Aid’s SCR’s state that they want to subtract out the value of the coupons used. However, they’re registers/computers are not smart enough to match up the coupon with the item that it corresponds to. Only once in all of my RA’ing, and from others who have shopped longer, have I ever heard of this happening. It says it but I wouldn’t worry about it.

    • Cristina

I thought the $10 MQ was only good for the 120-170 ct??

  32. Nikki

Halls Cough Drops Buy 1 Get 1 Free with in-ad coupon
Use the $0.50/1 coupon from the 1/10 SS or found here
    Final Cost ?

You can’t use both these coupons. The in ad coupon is a real manufacturer coupon, as opposed to the in ad coupon that says manufacturer at the top but barcode starts with RC.

  33. Robyn

Thanks Collin…I love all your hard work for us.

  34. Mary

Anyone else not have the 2 liter cokes in their ad? I got excited cause I thought I was going to get free coke because of the recycle bank coupons!

  35. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    i followed collin’s trans#1, 2 & 4. paid $6.84+$8.66+$13.65=$29.15. I got $5 scr ($1 dayquil/nyquil, $2 tampax, $2 old spice/secret flawless). so, my oop is $24.15.
then for trans#3 i bought duracell $11.99 and instead of buying natural instincts $7.99 & tums .99 (i could not print tums q), i bought loving care $4.99, 2 pantene $6. i paid $9.58. for trans#5, i bought natural instincts $7.99 but i don’t have to pay becaue i used 2 mfr $5 & 2 $2 video value q. So, all together i paid $24.15+$9.58=$33.73. I am going to get $35 visa reward card & olay regenerist mir either $20 or ($7.99+$3.99)=$11.98 (the price i paid).
but the thing is if i buy always pads instead of tampax tampoons, it would be better for me. if i notice earlier that 20 pk batteries had a $3 rebate, i would buy that. when for trans#4, my oop is too much, i became a little bit disappointed. However, I have full confidence on Collin. earlier i followed her $30 P&G transactions, i got $10 rite aid gift card, $20 olay mir, along with the some savings by coupons & rite aid $20 gift certificate. So, instead of thinking too much, i just followed her scenarios. Collin, you saved my money & enabled me to score more than $100 of products without paying anything. I am grateful to you.

  36. SaraJC

Has anyone tried using two of the same wellness coupons in the same transaction? Does it work fine?

    • SaraJC

Also… forgot to mention. I have a rite aid wellness q that says $2 off any skincare item with lotions pictured on it. Would shaving gel be considered a skin care item?…

  37. Sara

    My scenerio:
    2 carefree ultra protection pantiliners(16 ct)- $3.99 and $1.99- B1G1 50%
2 boxes Quantom finish tabs $6.49 each
    1 pack gum- $1.29
    Total=$20.25

    Coupons used
2- $2/1 carefree ultra -rite aid video
    2 -$1/1 carefree ultra protection liner – I printed a while back
2 -$2.50/1 Quantom Finish gel or tabs( expire 1/31)
2 -$1/1 Quantom Finish tabs- rite aid video
    1 -25 cents off 1 wrigley’s extra gum-rite aid video
1 -$5/20 rite aid coupon for watching rite aid videos

NEW TOTAL= $2.00 OOP BUT…the new rebates started yesterday and there is a $3 rebate(limit 1)for Quantom Finish tabs. So I will be making $1. Yeah for me! And I figured all this out on my own! Hadn’t seen this post yet!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The last ime I went to rite aid the guy told me he would scan all my RA and man Q before the 5 off $20 coupon, is that right? because if it is then that scenario wouldn’t work =(

      • SaraJC

Pam, I suggest you send rite aid corporate an email. That happened to me last week when I tried to use my $5 off $25 purchase q. The cashier wouldnt allow me to use it before other manufacturer q’s. So, I email corporate and 2 days later recieved a call from the rite aid store manager from where my q was denied with an apology saying that the way I tried using my coupons was correct and that the cashier should of allowed me to use $5 off $25 purchase q before manufacturer q’s. She was really nice and said that I can go back to the store with my reciept and coupon to get the $5 amount off from my reciept total. Also, a day later I recieved another call from Rite Aid corporate and was asked a couple questions about how my concerns were handled by the store. So I am so happy how Rite Aid corporate helps its customers . =]

  38. Vicki

Just a heads up to everyone: went to Rite Aid today in hopes to actually come up with the same thing for scenario #1 that Collin posted 🙂 but I wound up not coming out with anything but that is b/c number one, they did not have the Quench for 9.99 (that was okay b/c I went back and got another 2-pk bar of soap and found another $1 coupon) so I picked up the one for $7.49. Got that all figured out but then the Tide was not available in the Larger formulas (liquid/powder/none). So I had only went in there w/certain coupons and could not come up with other mdse., and not be oop by a large amount. I guess I am just flustered b/c I wanted it to work. I am going to try and go back tomorrow and I think my OOP will be way more than I had intended but I don’t know. We’ll see. Just want it to all work. I was surprised to see that I had all the coupons, usually that is the prob. and not the acutal product but this store was pretty stern on the fact that they will not have any larger sizes in on the Tide. Boo-Hoo. Surely, I can figure something else out. If anyone has any other ideas/scenarios on the P&G rebate, let me know. maybe I can swing it anyway! Thanks.

  39. Gabi

Our RA has a great PR program in our store. If they are out of an item with a Rebate, you can buy it, use the coupon and they will give you an IOU on the receipt (hand written) for pickup later. This has been invaluable. They’ve also been great about using old no-expiration coupons that don’t have UPC’s on them.
I was able to do the PG go for the Gold Rebate in one trip. Used lots of free coupons from years of collecting coupons, plus some of the current ones. Paid $6.43 (plus tax) for $100.64 expense. Will receive the $35 Visa Card, plus $6.25 in rebates. Free is great.
Glad I found your site! It is very helpful.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Gabi,
Where you are located? I mean which RA has great PR program

      • Gabi

The RA is in Bountiful, UT. Not all UT RA stores do it. Good luck.

  40. Annie

I can’t find the Quilted Northern $1/1 coupon in the 1/24 RP. Are they regional, could it be that I just didn’t get that one here?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, I think it was regional because I didn’t get one either.

  41. SavinginLA

Quilted Northern Bath Tissue Double Roll 12 pack $6.49
Use the $1/1 coupon from the 1/24 RP
Use the $2/1 Rite Aid Video values coupon found here
    Final Cost $3.49!

    — can you use both the coupons for this deal? Thx

    • SaraJC

Yes, you can. You are able to use a manufacturer q with a rite aid q.

      • SavinginLA

Thanks. I will try it and let you guys know if it does not work.

  42. Little'sMom

This is about last week’s Pampers deal. I got the $19.99 box of pampers and the bayer that was on sale for $1.99 to get my purchase to $20 to use the $5 off $20.00 coupon, i also had a $2.00 coupon for the pampers and $2.00 coupon for the bayer. i gave the $5 off coupon and it wouldn’t go thru and the cashier saw that i had other coupons (i was trying to give them in the order collin said to) and another cashier came over and said that i had to use $2 bayer coupon first then the $5 off then the pampers coupon. This is the first time i’ve done a deal at rite aid using the $5 off coupon, does anyone know if this was this done correctly.

    • Gabi

You were correct in handing the $5 q first. Don’t know why it wouldn’t go through immediately. I shopped my RA yesterday and was short a little from the $20 for the $5 vvq, the clerk just waited for me to run and get another item. Thought it was great that I had coupons and was picking up clearance items. He wrote my rainchecks and thanked me for coming.

  43. Linda

Maybe this has been posted but I found a coupon for Rite Aid at Red Plum through a link from another site for 5/25 good through 3-31-10. I would print it before they are all gone. Sorry if this is a repeat.
