Numerous readers are having issues with being able to stack a Target coupon and manufacturer coupon together on one item. Well, the good news is that Target’s coupon policy clearly states that you can use both coupons together on one item. Their policy also states that if the value of the coupon is higher then the value of the item, then they can adjust the coupon down. Plus, their coupon policy in now available to view online here! Yay! Print it off and keep it with you every time you shop at Target. You also may want to read more about the coupon issues people have been encountering and what can be done about it here.

**Also, Target is now giving a $0.05 credit for each reusable bag you use when checking out! I’m excited about this. It’s just another great way we’ll be able to save at Target. I would call ahead to make sure your local Target is participating.

**If you’re new to Target shopping, the make sure to check out my Target Store Guide–which includes my “Follow Me Monday” Target Shopping Video!

**NEW UPDATE: Please be aware that you can NO longer print Target coupons from the in-store Kiosks!

Is it just me or does this new site run really slow. No problems with any other site. Gonna give up soon.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      works just fine for me

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        works fine for me too

    • Missy

It’s never been slow for me either.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I think it’s slow at times. Sometimes I just say forget it.

  2. Julie

Cascadian and Kashi cereal coupons aren’t on Target site anymore 🙁

  3. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

there was a $.50 target Q for SoBe Lifewater when i just cked – pair it with the BOGO man Q for FREE lifewater!

    • Mitchell Wischmann

Where did you find this coupon? I can’t seem to find it.

    • Mitchell Wischmann

Never mind – forgot to enter my zip code.

  4. kate

I just tried the link for the Cottonelle Soothing Wipes and it comes up with at Q for toilet paper pack?

  5. Megan

Can’t find the Juicy Juice coupon on target.com either.. hmm..

    • robyn

same with me. was wondering about that.

      • Lisa

Hey! I believe that coupon expired 1/30/10 and that’s why it’s not there. The others that aslo expired were the Kashi, Lean Cuisine and Ovaltine. I know there are more, but those are the ones I had left in my coupon book HTH!

  6. Anon

IS anyone else upset that the Kashless website had to totally redo their entire points system because of blogs like this? People crashed the website and now you don’t earn any points for saved searches. It’s like an infection, one coupon blog reports it and everyone else copies it. So now the only way to earn is on your tenth post. BUMMER.

    • tarin

How did you hear of Kashless? From this blog maybe?

    • Lisa

I found out about the saved searches thing from this blog. However, I attempted to find things I was actually looking for. I didn’t have any luck though. No more luck than at Craigslist. And free is always better than not!

    • mike

I knew that was going to happen. When a deal is real real good and they post in on blog and then other blogs repost it and say “thank XXXX” for this info.
The deal almost always goes dead and real fast!!!

  7. Samantha

I went to Target today to get the Beggin’ Strips from last week’s post. They were reported on clearance for 2.07 for the Canadian Cuts ( or something like that!). My store had the Beef and Bacon flavor on clearance for 1.56 making each bag .06 after using the coupons Collin posted!!! I have a happy puppy tonight!

Also (and I guess it’s too late to do much good mentioning it now), but I went to 2 stores looking for the Pampers diapers . They did not carry the Premium Absorbency as specified on the Target coupon but they did an override at each store and let me use the coupons!

  8. Qi

I have two Simply Juice coupon $1 dollar off from recycle bank:)

  9. ABC

When I printed the Tostitos coupon from Target, the number under the barcode was not within the coupon. a couple of the numbers where out of the coupon guidelines. HAs anyone had the same thing happen to them?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes… this happens to about half of my coupons from Target. I was not sure if it was my printer or what since I do get some to print fine. It really irritates me.

  10. Linda

    Target >:(
Watch you receipts closely for errors.

    • fran

I know what you mean. Last month, I had a rain check for the Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup…I made sure I asked the guy if he gave me the rain check price…he said “yes”, but after I paid, I had to go to C.S. to get the difference because he didn’t give me credit for the rain check. Then a while ago, as the guy was ringing up my order, I kept noticing things were ringing up the wrong price, so he had to adjust a few items on my receipt. They put the price on the shelf, and then it rings up a different price..what’s up with that? Probably the person who puts the prices in the computer isn’t doing their job!!!

      • Mariah

When doing the Special K deal a coupole of weeks ago where you bought 2 bars and got the crisps for free, the crisps didn’t ring up for free. Went back and the manager said for some reason they had to be rang up in order (bars then crisps) and they didn’t know until the week was almost over.

        • Missy

I had the same problem with the crisps. I think I wrote this then, but a few years back one of the news programs did a report on stores that repeatedly didn’t have the sale prices in their systems so people were overcharged. They went to a few Targets, bought stuff that rang up wrong, went back and notified the manager, waited awhile and went back and bought the same item. None of the Targets ever corrected the error after they were notified.

I have this problem with Target pretty frequently!

  11. CoreyAnn

Kellogg’s coupons no longer available on Target’s site 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      They expired 1/30.

  12. CoreyAnn

Also, while trying to print the coupon for the “All Small & Mighty” I went through the form entry on their site, arrived at the “Print Coupon” button, but once the button was pushed it said that “There are no prints available for this campaign” and I walked away from the All page with no coupons.

  13. Holly M

I have just about given up on Target. I have 4 stores: Work, home east, home west and by my Dads. Getting the bag credit is like pulling teeth – a BIG PITA . At EVERY one I put my bags on the bet then my purchases. NO cashier has EVER given me the credit w/o my having to ask/beg/ask what I mean and even then they frequently look at me like I have horns!!!

I do NOT need this garbage from these people. I will NOT take this garbage. I WILL take my hard earned money and spend it where it & I get a modicum of respect.

When will stores actually start training employees in simple corp wide policies????

    • Pilar

Totally agree. I only go to Target when I know I can “rob” them legitimately…only with manu/peelie/freebie coupons. I won’t be bothered with their coupons anymore. Employees are incredibly rude (I don’t need a big sigh everytime I request you actually scan my coupons, you know, the ones I handed over at the START of the transaction…or get an eyeroll when I remind you the stuff was just loaded into MY bag and I’d like my 5 cents credit.) Prices are laughable: so high compared to regular groceries and Walmart. BTW, our Targets raised the Kashi cereal from $2.75 to high $3’s weeks ago. Thank goodness for Walmart and commissaries. Thanks Colin, for taking the time to post the Target deals…I guess some are able to score big without hassles!

    • Couponing4myTacoma

I’m sorry but I don’t have much sympathy for people who will a) not stick up for themselves at the register OR b) complain on blogs but never call corporate.

Not saying this is you but it seems a lot of people are complaining on here and after ONE call to corporate about my local store, they follow their policy exactly AND are sweet as pie to me.

YOU TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT YOU. I chose to not be a doormat and NOT allow a pissy cashier to undermine my family savings. Everyone makes their own choice but don’t whine about it.

(Sorry, off my soapbox – just tired of reading complaints when no one seems to mention DOING anything about it.)

      • Mariah

Does anyone know it ehy have to be target reusable bags or any reusable bag?

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          it is ANY reusable bag..

      • Jen

I have called corporate offices multiple times and it never helps!

I think the way Target rates their cashiers is what is making it bad (sometimes), they get rated on transaction speed (only based on the # of items purchased – it doesn’t include the time it takes people to write checks, I used to suspend transactions so I wouldn’t get docked, or for them to ring up coupons, I think). I was a cashier there for awhile and I really wish they could find a better way to do this. I think the cashiers would be much happier if they didn’t have to worry about times as much!

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I used to cashier there too. They are WAY to obsessed with cashier speed rather than good “guest services”.

      • Pilar

I’ve called corporate four times. I’ve dealt with the on site manager twice. Everone is “sorry for the unhappy shopping experience”. I find it odd that the cashiers don’t appear to get feedback from the top. Surprising, too, since corporate is very particular re: store #/location. I once witnessed a group of kids eating out of the Jelly Belly bulk bins and marched right over to the manager and he just rolled his eyes.

    • What?

Just wanted to mention that on the very back and bottom of the Target weekly ad you will see a little pic of a reusable bag and it also states the credit to be given. May not hurt to take the ad with you to show the cashier or to request one at customer service if you forget to take one. It would be harder for them to argue a credit that is clearly printed on their own flyer.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

One cashier told me it was only on Target reusable bags. I didn’t feel like argueing over 5 cents at the time.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It’s on any reusable bag, I do have to remind them usually twice during the transaction but I always get the .5 credit.

  14. michelle

Adjust your print size down a bit and your coupons won’t get cut off or skewed when they are printing. Hope that helps! And, my Juicy Juice Target coupon expired on the 30th, but there may be another one out there? Thanks Colin!

  15. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

thanks collin for posting all the target deals……

  16. Mitchell Wischmann

The Kellogg’s Target coupons expired yesterday, 1/30.

  17. Denise

FYI. I get the Houston Chronicle and in it today is an ad from Target with $14 in Target coupons. Things like $1 off Lays chips, $1 off Oreos, $1 off Tide…… each coupon is $1 off something and of course, can be stacked with Manu coupons. Can’t miss the ad, it is large and looks like the front of a filled shopping cart!
Thanks Collin for all you do!

    • Couponing4myTacoma

🙁 ergh, i never get Target books in the mail or these cool inserts. Lucky Duck 🙂

      Happy shopping!

      • Denise

Sorry. It would seem if you have a Target, they would send these through the paper to you too. I guess trying to figure out their advertising plan is futile.

  18. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

my target had kashi $4 coupon peelie which was awesome.
question how to you buy 2 chips and get free dip? is that the target deal or coupons?

    • What?

that is in the weekly flyer

  19. Lynne W

Just a heads up on the $1/1 Target Johnson & Johnson Q in the baby mailer – it excludes the Johnson Buddies Soap now.

  20. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

LOVE my Target, much rather shop there than Wal-Mart 🙂

  21. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I just got back from Target. They have Gerber onsies (2/pkg.) on clearance for $1.24. (They also have lots of other items on clearance–classic Winnie the Pooh juice bottles for $1.24, pacifiers from .72 cents to $1.00, bibs from .92 cents to $1.76, and other items) I used the onsies Target coupon and got 2 for .24 cents a piece. They also have jewelry boxes marked down 75% from $29.99 to $7.49. I got one for my daughter. They still had the Faith Hill perfume gift sets but they were marked at $9.95–I’ll wait to see if they go down. I picked up some good buys. I might go back for some more jewelry boxes. The shelf was full.

  22. Alyssa

I printed out the Kellogs Special K coupons from the website and had manu coupons as well. They scanned fine and I didn’t get any grief from the cashier, probably because he was a little 18 year old kid and when I apologized for using change to pay the $4.19 bill he just brushed it off and smiled. It looks like SOME teenagers have manners.

  23. peever

I never have problems with coupons at either of our Target stores. I’d much rather shop there than Walmart and most of their prices are cheaper than Walmart or the local grocery stores.

  24. Jennifer

Does anyone know where to get Target coupons? I wasn’t allowed to use the Huggies Target online coupons with my Huggies manufacturer coupons. I was told they were both manufacturer coupons. I asked at the Guest services counter but they didn’t know how to get Target coupons either…anyone?

    • Lisa

You get the Target Qs on their website, and no longer at the kiosk. There were some Huggies coupons on their website that were man. Qs WITH a Target logo. The new Huggies Natural coupon is a Target coupon. The way you tell the difference is the Target Qs (that you can stack) will either say Target WEB coupon or Target STORE coupon. Manufacturer Qs from the Target site will say Manufacturer’s coupon on it even if it has a Target logo. HTH!

      • Jennifer

thank you so much! yes this helps a ton!!

  25. katie

omigosh i just had a good target coupon experience… the lady was amazed and so nice!!! woooo hooo its a miracle…. she looked like she was going to be really crazy but she was just shocked at all the money I saved…. 🙂 and she gave me bag credits anyway after she heard me say that I forgot them in my car…. I don’t feel bad because of all the times I have had them and they would not give me credit 🙂

  26. What?

I didn’t read through all the comments so I don’t know if anyone else has mentioned this. The chlorox green works $2 off coupons state that you get “$2 off any Green Works cleaning purchase when you also purchase Green Works laundry detergent”. I had an awkward moment at the register when I was buying 10 green works products and it was pointed out to me that in order to use all the 10 coupons I would also have to purchase 10 laundry detergents. Trying to save someone else the hassle!

    • Cath

Okay, now I don’t feel as crazy – I haven’t seen any plain old $2 off peelies, just the $2 when you buy detergent. Thanks for pointing this out and saving us all some embarrassment!

      • crystsl

it’s funny i had the same experience today too and the cashier read it out loud tooo…but i just said please take these off i don’t want them and she did also to point out the glade odor is not 2/5 at my target here in Atlanta at perimeter circle after the 2 off coupon it was actually a $1.49 each still not bad i guess for a 3.99 product..

    • Lisa

I was going to say this, but I wasn’t sure if they were the same peelies I saw. I actually bought 4 and used the coupons. The cashier pushed it through for me. I saw one in my cart as I was loading my car and tucked it away for use later. When I looked at it again, I realized my mistake. Needless to say, I haven’t bought anymore. But there was a $3 off laundry detergent Q online not too long ago. I’m not super crazy about the stuff b/c it’s not as “green” as you’d think.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I was the one that emailed Collin about the $2 off Clorox Green Works, and the coupons on the ones at our Target didn’t say “with purchase of laundry detergent”. I was just in there again today and bought 5 more items with those coupons and they didn’t say “with purchase of laundry detergent” maybe it’s a regional thing.

In fact I got some free Clorox Green Works dish soap today because of the $2 off and then there was also a stack of $1 off Target coupons (Target not manf coupons).

  27. BeccaAnnAuD

I have a Mac laptop and every time I try and print from Coupon.com, all that prints is one line of characters at the top of a page. Any other users have this problem? Advice for fixing it? Thanks!

  28. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Just to make sure when you buy the Tostitos dip, which you will get free that it’s the 15.5 oz – 16 something oz. I accidentally got the 15 oz and had to switch it out. To me they all looked the same size. Also, Glade Scented Candle holders are on clearance for $2.08. If you still have the $1.50 coupons from the christmas tins, it will be a great deal when you do the SC Johnson rebate. If you don’t have them. They have a coupon in them for $2.00 off two Glade Scented Candle items.

  29. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Reusable bags: on the back of the store ad it says $.05 off for A REUSABLE BAG it doesn;t say it has to be a Target bag. I have gotten the credit with “other” bags. It is amazing the change you’ll see in people when you’re aren’t always on the defense mode. Be kind to the employees believe it or not they are people with feelings too. So what if a cashier is rude! Don’t let that ruin your day-do something “unheard of” now days -be kind anyways. What are we teaching our kids when we get upset with every person who wrongs us? BE GOOD TO EVERYONE BECAUSE EVERYONE’S HAVING A TOUGH TIME!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I agree but was too timid to say so. I love my Target some days and other days I have to grin and bear it when it comes to coupons. All in all Target is pretty good to me.

  30. Linda

I’ve lost a ton of respect for Target because of how they handle business and will only shop there for exceptional deals.
After a purchase I realized that they overcharged me and also some coupons didn’t scan.
They gave me an unreasonable, unnecessary hassle about the coupons I used and their policies…blah, blah, blah…
I finally pulled out a “spare” copy of their own coupon policy (which I freely let them have) and proved THEM wrong which made them eat their own words and unkind attitude. I’m despised now there but they know the truth and I was justified so who cares, it’s their problem.
    Ya hoo!!
Thanks so much collin cause with out your help in managing my couponing adventures, I wouldn’t have had such a GREAT experience under crummy circumstances.

  31. Linda

    I agree Rachel,
I smile and do my best to be kind and patient in spite of frustrating people and circumstances but I won’t lie, it’s very difficult to do at times.
It’s a test from above and it’s up to each individual how their going to react and respond.
I figure as long as I’m not doing anything wrong I have every reason to keep smiling cause I know that my God is smiling down upon me.

  32. forex robot

Keep posting stuff like this i really like it

  33. Little_e99

FYI: Read the Target coupons closely! I have tried to stack coupons before for multiples of the same item (i.e. store and manufacturer coupon for 1 item) and I could only use the store coupon once. It didn’t matter if I had four items and eight coupons (four store, four manuf). Only ONE store coupon would work. So you might have to work multiple transactions or have the casheir push it through.

  34. kate

Buy 10 Select Healthy Choice Meals=$5 Target gift card
Healthy Choice Frozen Meals or Fresh Mixers $2.50
Healthy Choice other selected meals $1.75

I just received teh ConAgra Foods Coupon booklet and there are multiple Qs for the Healty Choice Meals. $1/1 Cafe Steamers, $1/2 All Natural Entrees, $1/2 Select Entrees, $1/2 Complete Meals, $1/2 Microwaveable Soups, and $1/1 Fresh Mixers.
