I just found out some exciting Target news… they are going mobile and with that I mean you can now score mobile coupons! Just go here to sign up and check out all the details. Basically you will start receiving exclusive Target store mobile coupons that can be stacked with manufacturer coupons for even more savings!

Once signed up, you will start receiving monthly offers via text message (standard text messaging rates do apply) with a link to a barcode that can be scanned at checkout. All the cashier needs to do is take your phone and scan the barcode. It’s that simple! Plus, the same barcode can be used for multiple one-time-only coupon deals throughout the month. I’m assuming these coupons will be the same as the ones on their website, but that’s not too clear yet.

How awesome is this?! The first thing that came to my mind— I will be able to use less of my oh so precious printer ink! Yay! …And my other thought was how convenient! Do you know how many times I’ve forgotten a Target coupon at home? Now my little phone will be filled with Target coupons! Yippeeee!

What do you all think? Are you as excited as me?

(Thanks so much for the heads up on this, CouponingToDisney!)

hey! is there any way to get the same coupon, emailed? I don’t have internet on my phone…THank you!

I spoke with two store managers and someone at headquarters. They said “for now” I could print out the barcode and bring it in since I don’t have internet access on my phone. However, I also emailed corporate and they said you can not print it, you have to have internet access on your cell in order to participate in this program. I was able to print and use the paper coupon last week for the razor so I’ll keep trying this until someone says no.

The text message I get from target is visit target.com/save. I’m not seeing a coupon or anything to scan on my phone. When I go to the target.com I do not get any coupon or info.
Does anyone know how to get the mobile coupons ( I don’t have email on my phone)

I used the mobile coupon for the Venus razor. It would not scan. I went to the service desk and had to show them the whole text message and then they gave me the $2.00. A little bit of a hassle, but I got my $2.00! Yeh!

I signed up for them, but all my msg said yestarday is that new coupons came out, they didn’t have coupons to them. Any ideas?

Can you use the barcode to stack with manufacturers coupons at Publix?

  10. CA

Great idea, but we don’t pay for internet access on our phone plan. I wish it was like Walgreens (I can’t believe I just said that – LOL) where it is a simple text – no go for me I guess :(.

  11. Sean

We can’t afford internet on our phones so it’s a no go for me also. But a cool idea!

  12. SILVIA LLANES

    That is absoloutly awwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeesome. yay.

  13. What?

When I read the details, it just said it was a text message. You have to have internet on your phone?

    • What?

It even said that text message rates may apply from the phone company.

Call me sour grapes, but I think these are like the text message freebies. Not everyone chooses to have all the bells and whistles on their cell phone. I think it stinks that these aren’t available on their website also. I don’t mind that people can access them on their phones, but make them available for the rest of us, too.

I have to agree. Love the convenience and that they are more eco-friendly, but it stinks that I can’t take advantage of any of these deals. My husband and I are on AT&T with rollover minutes and we use 450 shared minutes ( no home phone) and have texting blocked and no internet access. If more companies start doing this, maybe I can talk myself into paying for the data plan I want if I am able to save enough with coupons! LOL

When was the Target mobil text sent out?

  16. site blog

When someone writes an paragraph he/she keeps the image of a user
in his/her mind that how a user can know it. Thus that’s why this paragraph is amazing.
    Thanks!
