Ok i just got a payment confirmation (even if it’s $0, it’s a payment) but on the confirmation it says
“Thank you for using your PayPal Debit Card for your payment of $1.00 USD to SNAPFISH SAN FRANSISCO CA.”
I copy the screen when it’s says that my purchase equal $0 so if there is any problem i can show them that…
I paid with the paypal debit card which it’s not suppose to matter…i just hope that this is nothing that i will regret….that it will say $1 until the order is completed and updated to $0

I just tried to get the dog leash, but it would not go though without credit card info-even when applying the coupon code. I live chatted and they told me I could NOT use a coupon with a “credit” so I called the 800 number they provided, and they again told me that I CANNOT use a free ship coupon with a credit…I must buy something or pay shipping. It is sad that they are not letting this go through:(

Buggers’s Mom: I got the same error and it was because they want you state abbreviation. Instead of Texas I had to put TX.

I just got that same email about no longer having the leash in stock and them offering a photo mug in its place. I am considering emailing them to see if they plan to get more in stock at some point. We just got our first puppy and I was getting the leash with a picture from when we were walking out of the rescue with him in my husbands arms! I would rather wait a little longer and get the leash for sentimental reasons than get a photo mug that we really have no use for. We have a cabinet full of mugs we dont use as it is. 🙁 I know I shouldnt complain since it was a free item but, it is still a little heartbreaking. I hadnt even thought about the free shipping issue.
I just used their customer service live chat feature. When I explained that I would rather wait longer for the leash to be restocked instead of ordering a mug I was told that when the leash is restocked and available I will get an email & a credit for the item on my account. Now to wait it out and see…
Re: New Update. We got the above mentioned reply saying we could get a free mug. When we went to the site to get the free mug there were no instructions as to which mug we could get so we just chose one. Now they are charging us $20.31 for the mug. It is not free at all so we wrote to them about it. They said that they would reply within 24 hours.

I also got my orders cancelled. I used the live chat feature to ask about waiting for the dog leash to come back in stock, because I didn’t want a mug. They let me pick something else out that was under/at $19.99 instead. You have to tell them what you want & they apply a credit to your account for that specific item. I had to pay for shipping when placing the order again, but then all I had to do was give my order # to them & the shipping was refunded to my card (just mins after placing the order). 1st order I got the dog bowl for my sister’s new pup ($19.99), 2nd order I got a collage mousepad w/ my pup’s pics (custom color & title, $12.99). Pretty cool!
